This was a pop up website on facebook for American Eagle clothes for a discount. Items were purchased through this website then i immediately contacted the customer service email about an edit. They responded right away with the edits. Order placed november 329th 2024. On November 30th I requested a refund due to suspension of this not being a legitimate website. I contacted american eagle and they had no record of my purchase so i contacted [email protected] (customer service). They said my order had already been sent through and assured me that it was not a scam. Christmas came and went with few messages back and forth regarding tracking. Said out for deliver december 2 2024. When tracking said delivered december 31st and i didnt receive the order i contacted the customer service email again and they send out a second deliver January 1st. I received another confirmed delivery January 12th but no package. At this point i requested a full refund. The refund has still not been applied to my account. Every time i contact customer service they respond with it takes 15-25 days, the refund has been approved but due to high transaction they have reapplied the refund. This has happened 3 times. They did issue me a “5% logistics delay” on december 30th for 11.01 from frockfaveuniform in Boulder CO.

Facebook ad offered nugget ice maker for 29.95 no shipping. Called number before ordering. Ordered it Oct 7th for a Nov 18 birthday gift. Was told be shipped in 3 business days. When didnt receive in a week called asked for tracking. None available. Shipping delayed. In December asked for replacemnt. Never received. Not answering phone now
