I placed an order from Allovehair.com on 5/7 with expedited shipping. I was periodically checking on the app “Shop” to see any tracking details and the order from FedEx remained in order status with no tracking number, After checking for a week, I decided to reach out to the business at service.alllovehair.com. The email was asking about my order no: *******. They responded in a very casual way that my order was on its way. They gave me a fedex tracking number of ************** which I didn’t realize at the time is not even a FedEx tracking number. FedEx does not have letters in front of their tracking numbers. I also a screen shot of the shipment with vague information saying that it’s made it was from Canada to the United States. The responder said it seems like the package is in your “area” and should be received soon. I got an odd feeling about it considering it has now been 3 weeks since I placed the order. I went to FedEx and sure enough they could not look up the tracking number at it is not even their tracking number. I contacted my bank, filed a claim and it is currently under investigation. The lovely associate Jeannine helped me locate the transaction and I was charged two amounts $42.99 and $6.00. The name of the company on my bank statement read “SP My sticky little SE wig and toupe store”
Phone number (416)803-3368. This fraudulent company is apparently based in Canada. I have now had to change my debit card and have a block on their company for my account. I wanted to report this scam because I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. Please stop this company from creating further scams. Thank you.
