Airscrub duct cleaning quoted me a price through Facebook messenger to clean all of my air vents, return air, and hvac unit. They sent a “technician” out on April 3 2025 that went in our attic for around 5 minutes and did not complete any work. He told me I owed him $169 for the service. I am a 9 month pregnant woman and I was home alone while my husband was at work. I did not feel comfortable refusing to pay at the time. I tried to tell him he did not complete any work that was originally supposed to be done and he told me I had to pay him. I reached out to the company on April 4 2025 to request a refund since none of the work was completed. They have since given me a fake address that belongs to a business in Austin, Texas, refuse to give out any information on a manager. They keep claiming that someone will call me back and then they hang up on me and send my calls to a hold line when I try to call again.
