This company took my money and said they would issue the airline tickets within 24 hours of travel. When the tickets did not arrive in my email, I called the company. The person assured me that the tickets would be available the next day eight hours before travel. When I called to find out where the tickets were, they said that they were sorry, but they couldn’t issue them anymore and I’d have to pay another $1300 to fly on that day, or I could leave later, lose my hotel and car, and only have to pay an extra $500 or so. I called the airline to find out the problem and was told that I was only originally booked one way when I had confirmation for round trip, and the payment was declined by zapflights. We ended up having to go directly through the airline 8 hours before departure and had to pay almost $2000.00 for our flight. I have every conversation recorded on my caption call. I believe they just took my money with no intention of getting me to or from my destination. They also said they would refund my money within 20+ days. It’s been 21 days. Please stop this company from ruining peoples vacation plans. They act like they’re legitimate, but they just lie to the consumer and do not provide the service they advertise. It’s a scam!
