I purchased tickets online and when I didn’t receive an email I called them then they’re telling me that I couldn’t change my name. I couldn’t change the date which I understood that because I did have that on a little thing and then they’re trying to tell me that I might not get a seat for the time and the date that I picked on their website on their webpage Also said I could not take a carry-on bag or put a bag underneath the plane but they get up the price and get me a better flight that was guaranteed that I could get $1000 more than what I purchased the two tickets for for $646 And I told him no that was not gonna work as they were gonna try to send me to a different airport when I live 5 miles from Jacksonville airport and they’re trying to change the date and the time so they put a supervisor on and he said good luck and try to get my money back cause I told him no that you know I haven’t received an email. Do not charge my card, blah blah blah so I called the bank told him to stop payment on my card. You know they said they did not see it go through yet which was good but these people that have this website they’re scammers they do this so they can up the price more than one if you went through another agency like travel, philosophy, or another ticket agent Please shut them down
