Scammers posted retail items on Facebook under the business names of Peter Millar, Co. They advertised end of season Christmas sales, at a very low price, which I fell for. I entered credit card information and received an immediate response of payment received. I also received a tracking number from [email protected]. Everything looked ok accept there was no 800 number to contact customer service, only by this email. I tracked for over a month to no receipt of the product. I emailed the sales service rep twice and they told me the product was in the way - not to worry. The tracking number says it reached US Customs and has been there since 1/13/25. I received my credit card invoice and the company that received the funds was listed as: OTT*BRILLTSTAR Markham ON. To this date 2/17/25 have not received product.
