Got mail from a company named Affinion Group today. Claims we have Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance coverage with them. We do not. Says insurance is a Certificate/Policy of Insurance for the Minnesota Life Insurance Company plan. Called the number they listed, entered the "Coverage ID" they provided and tried to talk to someone about it. They kept phishing for information that was not in their letter. Claimed they couldn't discuss the matter until we provided them the middle initial of the person they had sent the letter to. No middle initial was given in the letter. Just first name and last name. Cat, the supervisor employee ID CSWES103 said they were not allowed to discuss anything per her corporate headquarters, unless we would provide the middle initial to start with. Now mind you, you have already provided the person's name, full address, the coverage id they provided in their letter to you. Not enough for them to provide you with anything about the letter, period. Sick of these marketers being allowed to do this kind of thing. Concerned with unauthorized use of our ID and information, identity theft, by these types of people. Obviously not legit people in my opinion. Hope they get the same treatment they are giving others. Will be reporting them to the Insurance commission and to the BBB.

Affinion is a third party administration of financial institutions in US handling insurances. The company deducts premiums from clients bank accts without any notice, they are operating in Philippines and I am one of it's employees. It is a scam, it is a fact because I have worked for them. I wanted to report them and have the company pulled out here in our country! Please do something to have this company removed it's license to operate here or even in your country.
