I know better but for some reason, I got sucked into viewing a site that was selling keto pills. I decided to give it a try as (I believed I was on a Canadian site, the price was only $39.95 and it was "buy get one free". I got all the way to the payment page and entered my credit card information and went to the next page which was offering 50% off of something. I didn't know what so clicked the back button on my browser and instead of sending me back the order was placed.

I immediately called the vendor to explain what had happened and that I wanted to cancel the order immediately. I was told that the order had already gone through to the processing centre so there was nothing he could do but that I could send an email to the help centre to cancel the order. I asked for a direct phone number but he said they did not have one so I took the email address.

I emailed them immediately after speaking to the vendor and explained the situation and stated I wanted the order cancelled. I did not hear from them until the next day via email. All of this happened within 10 minutes of the order being "submitted". Again, I did not submit the order. While I was writing this email to the vendor I received an email from my credit card company (I have my credit card set up to send me emails every time my card is used) stating a charge of $161.59 had gone through.

The next day I received a reply back from them stating that I bought the product and had two months to use it and if I didn't like it I could send it back within 60 days for a full refund. I have attached the reply I received from them.

I called the number in the email (funny, there was a support centre phone number after all) and went over all the steps I had gone through to cancel this order and told them I wanted the order cancelled and a refund issued immediately. The person I spoke to told me the order had already been shipped and that I would not be eligible for a refund until the 60 days was up. I have to say that at this point I was speaking much more directly and told him I would refuse the order upon delivery and that when they received it they could issue my refund; he told me without and RMA number on the package I would not be refunded. He stated again, I have to wait the 60 days and then I could return the product and request a refund.

I immediately called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I also cancelled my credit card and have ordered a new one so that should this company have put me on an "automatic renewal" that they will not be able to get any more money out of me.

I do not know if I will get a refund as 60 days from now puts me at the end of September. I am so glad to have found this platform to be able to tell you about my experience and warn you not to get sucked in like I was.

Even as I am writing this review/complaint I am trying to get back to the original website I was on so I can take
