After multiple interview questions during a team meeting I was offered the job the employee stated an offer letter and w-4 documents would be sent thru email that never appeared. Asked which banking institution I used. They did not ask for other banking information but needed my address. They also stated that work from home equipment will be sent to start training to message the next day for job duties and assignments. Today I ask when will the equipment be delivered and when can receive the welcome letter, I was asked can i purchase the equipment and materials today. When I told them no they replied can you pay tomorrow. I replied no again. And asked them to remove me as a candidate. The employer never responded back on teams. During the process yesterday it would take them over 20 minutes just to reply. They copied and pasted the code of ethics from the original website. The pay listed is $35 a hour $22 for training with full benefits.
