So the fees were paid, I had received the itinerary for my pup, and it was going to be a long day of layovers for him, and I asked if they could find a shorter route - as it was PA to GA? They said they would, but then of course, no more calls were answered and/or returned. I also didnt receive the Insurance certificate I was supposed to receive after sending them the funds for the Insurance, still havent.
Fast forward to 2:30 PM today, 5 hours before my pup is supposed to land in ATL; I get the final email advising me that per my States requirements my pup needs a Vaccine and a CITE certificate. Now, CITE is for endangered species, of which my pup is not! And again this fee is 'refundable' once my pup is delivered. I do not have these funds, my pup is going to stay in BWI (supposedly); the seller states he will pay $ 500.00, but he cant send to me to pay, he will drive to the location and pay in person - :). So I pay $ 750.00 and ask that they get the pup on the original flight. Receive a call at 5:30 PM, the seller has not made it to the location to pay, the pup will not make the 5:30 PM flight - they will call me when he is rescheduled....
Since 2:30 PM, I have been investigating, contacting my bank, and yes I paid, on the off chance that it was legit - and now I am doing everything I can to get back the funds I borrowed to pay back to the people I borrowed from, and to hopefully get these people caught for and stopped for the added pain they have caused me. As I was looking for a pup for my daughter and me, after we suddenly lost our family pet, of 8 years.

I have lost 4,080 total for this hole process - 800.00 to DavisAkitaPuppiesBreeder and 3,280.00 to ACM Shipping, or the Various other Names found in their emails.
