Paid for them to assist me on a test, after the test was final they kept telling me I had to pay for copyright fees for a NATIONAL exam, because I didn’t “own” my own test. And they wanted to charge me 475$ for the fee although they had 980$ I paid them for a subscription fee, and they were supposed to reimburse me 890$ of that and when I told them to use that money they told me they couldn’t
