ERROR Message with loud alarm sound suddenly appeared across my laptop screen. It had Security Center on top with the 1-888-997-0737 to call. Alarming sound and error message included "not to access or restart computer. Ignoring this critical warning may result in the loss of data on this system. Contact support immediately so that Microsoft engineers can provide troubleshooting steps over the phone."

"Access to this computer is blocked for security reasons."
