The scammer calls himself JH . He advertises on social media specifically on facebook as a former bank attorney who can get results removing negative credit information affecting your credit scores. He guarantees to do it fast by not sending dispute letters, but what he calls violation letters instead on how credit information is reported on someone’s file. He sends you an Intake form through email and asks to be filled out with personal information such as name, DOB, SSN, phone and any credit or outstanding loans in your file. He also asks for payment, but to be done only through Cash App or Apple Pay. He insists that when sending payment NOT to include anything on the subject like of cash app payments. He states his reasoning on not taking regular debit or credit card payments is because there is an upcharge of 39% so he avoids taking those types of payments. He would always say he is in court or unavailable to respond to phone calls or follow up’s whenever asked to provide copies or any documentation regarding any filed paperwork on client behalf. He would ghost you after receiving payments. He doesn’t respond on any follow up questions on so call rendered services that he doesn’t perform. After some research on him he is actually an ex attorney who was disbarred from being an attorney in 2009 from a drug charge on the fifth degree in NY. Like hundreds of other people, I was scammed out $400 to fix my credit and then over $2,000 on debt he claimed he used to pay off creditors at a discount. This is a complete scam from a drug addict with family money to bail him out of all his trouble

I paid joe almost a year ago and he scammed me for 400.00 and never did anything and when he did reach out a year later I asked him what’s going on and he told me I was beat and that he would see me in the streets so if you think about using him look him up first to see the 100s of people he has scammed

The business advertises 90 day credit restoration

They also promise to give updated progress.

After asking via email, texy and social media what was going on with my credit and has anything happening, Joseph responded weekly that he was in court.

Weeks later on the 90th day i reached out again after long emails, calls and now him CURSING AND SCREAMING I do not jave my refund or any actions on the services ive hired 123 credit to complete as advertised by them.

I have each and every email and social media message

Currently he said he returned my money but has not.

He is also scammomf others on all social media blaming the credit systems for no results.

He then stops answering calls and text and if he does he loud, boisterous and threatening as he metoned hes a lawyer and knows cops.

He had a guarantee within 90 days all of the negative reports and collections would be off of my credit and gave me a score of 801 he also worked on my husband's account with the same guarantee and nothing was done he won't answer phone calls very rarely text you back and when you ask for the information that he says he has removed from the credit report he will not give you any information and ignores you and then when you write a review he will threaten you with your credit report.. he has done this to alot of people
