Trying for a puppy, wanted to know where i lived. I had to send half then delivery half when I picked up the puppy but they kept saying they never received the payment through cashapp and i even sent receipt. I tried several times to email them and they would not respond.

Schnauzer Cornerstone represents themselves as a puppy breeder and seller. My son contacted them thru their website and they texted him back with details about the dog he was interested in purchasing. They agreed on a price, including escorted air shipping from Florida to NY, and my son send $500 via Zelle to [email protected]. Two days later, the breeder contacted my son and put him in touch with a pet shipping service, Apex Pet Shuttle (apexpetschuttle.com), whose representative called him and emailed him documents covering refundable pet insurance, for which he was to pay $1,500 via Zelle to Apex. The Apex rep said that the insurance was a USDA requirement for shipping pets under the age of 6 months. We called the USDA and they told us it was a scam, as there is no such requirement. We called and texted the breeder to ask for a full refund of the $500 deposit, but there has been no response over the past 48 hours, so clearly this was a scam to steal up to $2,000 from my son.

My parents tried to purchase a puppy online. The supposed breeder created a shipping form generated by Global Shipping USPS. They texted my mother and stated they needed $100 to be payable through Apple Pay, Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo to be collected before shipping. There is another scammer involved and I think they are working with this company. I have the text messages and the shipping form that was generated. The website claims their address is in Washington, D.C.

When I state they lost verifiable information. The other scammer involved gave their name, address, and telephone number.

My elderly parents found this link on facebook where a 10 week old puppy was being advertised for sale by a Belinda Jayne Welch who said she would deliver the puppy to my parents or a shipping company would. As their daughter I started to suspect suspicious behavior on the part of this Administrator of the site. My mom said she no longer wanted this puppy. She was hounded until this person said she could pay for the puppy when it was delivered. First she was told she could pay by Zelle. As the day went on, she was then told that this Adminstrator's Zelle was down and she could accept Walmart Money Cards. This all started at 8:30 a.m. This Administrator told my mother that the puppy would be delivered by 2:30, then it was 5:30, then it was 8:00, then it was 11:00. At 5:30 my parents went and got the Walmart Money Cards ($600 worth). As the night went on the Administrator continued to say that the puppy was on its way. I convinced my mother to cancel. She tried to cancel and this person continued to harass her and tell her to take pictures of the front and back of the Visa cards. This went on until I reported the site to Facebook and blocked her from my mother's telephone number. I will also add, this person created a fake shipping form from another scammer, which I have reported to the Washington D.C. Better Business Bureau. This has created irreparable damage to my elderly parents. As of this morning, the site was still up (on Facebook) until I personally sent an email to this person through my employment, which is a lawfirm.

We found a breeder. We emailed back and forth, FT, but I never saw the human only a few puppies. We started off on Instagram then messaging, then email. I tried to call the number on the website and it was a google number. Sent the $2,000 through Zelle. The puppy was supposed to be sent via flight nanny to us. The flight nanny said they were holding the puppy unless we gave another $2,000.

Advertising dogs on their website that do not exist. We used Zelle to provide payment for the puppy and on the day it was supposed to be delivered, we were sent an email from the “delivery service” that said they needed an extra $1500 to deliver the puppy.

Scammer had a Facebook group for selling cavapoo puppies- Facebook messaged/ text messaged/ phone call/ emailed regarding purchasing a puppy. Down payment was required via Venmo. Final payment was also required via Venmo (to a different Venmo tag- neither with his name), including the delivery fee. Mid “delivery”, the delivery service requested an additional “refundable” 300-700 dollars due to the dog needing to be in a thermal electronic crate (traveling from New York City to New Jersey). When I refused to pay, due to realizing that I was being scammed, they personally attacked me. The seller also accidentally messaged me from his phone, but acting as the delivery service.

They have a legitimate account it looks like with their website, even knew all the right things to say as far as companies that ship puppies. They asked questions about where the puppy would be and wouldn't respond until I answered all the questions about when I get the dog. They asked for my address to where I wanted the puppy shipped. Everything seemed in line to be a real company. After payment was made they went silent, I asked for a refund and they said okay but no refund was sent.

They have set up a fake website advertising the sale of puppies. They claim to be a breeder in the U.S. I’ve been in touch with them twice. Both times they reached out via text after I filled out a more information form on their website. The first time they said they lived in Denver CO and then gave 2 different names Aaron C**** and Peter N*** when it came time to pay them. They gave me a Venmo account @aaron100wins which I could not find and then a Google pay account N***[email protected] I did not pay them because it felt off. The second time I heard from them they used a different phone number and said they were from Atlanta GA. They also gave me a completely different name Mrs Grace. The website they are using looks really good. But the other factors when communicating don’t add up to them being a legitimate business or dog breeder.

Puppy scam. Could not verify akc registration.

I can't believe I fell for it. They were very convincing, sending more photos and video and signed transfer of ownership document. I ignored all the red flags, they preferred to be paid by Apple Cash and there were conflicting statements that were made that contradicted their website. Like the microchipping or not, their refund policy lists Labradoodles which is not what the type of breed they were selling. Different names and numbers used and the emails seemed scripted now that I reread them. No contact by phone and I thought I did a good search of them prior but apparently missed quite a bit of others who were scammed by them. So upsetting.

Pick puppy your interested in. Send payment through Zelle, if you don’t have that can use credit card. Need pics of front and back of card along with receipt. Sent contract very throughly written. Many details that makes you think it’s real. Puppy was 40% off due to additional puppies being borne and wouldn’t have time for all of them. Pet nanny was to get part of money sent. Puppy was to ride on her lap in main cabin. Then got an email from [email protected] Mike Dugan #1800-698-7447. They said to ship puppy had to be in an air conditioned crate. It was to cost $995.00, they may or may not refund money back to you. What happened to the pet nanny? Then I was sent a threatening email stating, they weren’t a dog hotel, I could be fined, was a federal offense go to jail. Told them go ahead, they were a scam and that I had turned them into the ScamPulse.com and also filed a scam report with the federal government. Haven’t heard from them since.

On November 6th I put in an inquiry for a puppy. The dogs were listed at $700. I chose a male initially named "Alexis" I received a contact email with pictures and video the next day showing the "puppys'" personality. It was perfect.

I sent payment for the "deposit" of $200 on November 8th, 2023. I sent another payment on November 10th, 2023 of $101. Due to the fact that I know how cashapp works for payment and transfers- I sent an extra dollar to cover the transfer fees. Now; at this point I felt good about what was going on. We had exchanged text messages and he and his "wife" had decided to cover the shipping fees for the dog due to my medical condition. I am epileptic, and have PTSD from all the medical procedures I've had done. I literally cried when he told me that they felt the need to do that. Because of my condition and where I lived he offered to let the dog be delivered to me after I had paid an initial $500- he said and I quote "You should at least be happy while you finish paying off the dog".

He would keep in contact with me and I with him. He would ask me how I'm doing- How my family was doing. I would always ask how the pups were doing. He would give me vague answers like: "they are well" or "great with potty training". I'd ask what food they were on- he told me purina. I had paid him another $200 on December 7th. Not in the form of cashapp because the "person" that he tried to send me too kept getting a declined payment. So, we came up with a solution- to put the money on a prepaid visa card (I have pictures and receipts). No harm there. Only he wanted it for his "son" to surprise him for Christmas. What kind of businessman tells what they intend to use the money for!? That is not my problem!

On December 5th I notified him that my dad was flying out to pick up the puppy because we didn't like the idea of the pup being put in the belly of the plane, to which he agreed that it was fine. He would hand over all the documents needed for the dog to fly- I gave him the flight times and where my dad would be staying. Today, on December 13th, 2023- Tyler Simmons was notified that my dad would have his number to get in touch after his plane landed to which Tyler responded "ok". My dad landed at DIA in Colorado at 1:13pm. He then took a shuttle to the hotel he was straying at and notified Tyler again. No answer- my dad was getting worried; so he told me...I tried to contact Tyler myself...several times. No answer. We called, and texted for hours with no communication. At this point, we kind of realized it was a scam. We had hoped for the best and got the worst. This is the worst possible outcome that could've happened. This puppy was to be my service dog. Now with only 10 days until Christmas; I'm out $800 and a huge chunk of what I could've put toward my families needs is now gone to a [censored] of the earth scammer. My dad will fly home tomorrow (Dec. 14th) with nothing.

This person concealed themselves as a lady who needed to re-home her pet. They posted the dog on a Facebook page called “Pets for adoption and rehoming” (also looks to be a fraudulent group). We gave a deposit on the dog via Zelle for a total of $500 and when we went to pick up the dog, nobody showed up. This was an extremely intricate operation. The person (Ashlyn Sheree) sent multiple pictures of the dog and it’s toys/cage/treats, told us what food to feed it, gave a whole storyline of how the family couldn’t keep the “gifted” pet because nobody was ever home due to busy schedules, and how her daughter was heartbroken to let the dog go. They even gave us an agreement to sign saying we paid the deposit. We were told the second deposit of $200 never reached their account and sent us screenshots of their bank statement to prove same. If you need more information, I have all texts, facebook messenger conversations, agreement and bank statements. Additional emails that this person used are as follows: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. Please help! Thank you.

I was looking to buy an english bulldog puppy on englishbulldogpuppies.com. The man who contacted me said the price of the dog was going to be $800.00 plus $200.00 for shipping and home delivery for a total price of $1000.00. The seller said to send the money through PayPal using friends and family due to them not accepting pending payments. After the payment was made, he said the shipping company would be contacting us to verify our information. Evarestshipping.com contacted us verified our information and gave use tracking information and said we could tack at any time. Then stated we needed to provide insurance on the dog for shipping costing $1100.00 and it was 95% refundable after the dog was delivered. After paying for the insurance, Evarest Shipping stated that we needed to purchase a crate for the dog gave us three options costing $950.00, $1200.00, and $1050.00 and stated that we needed to purchase the $1200.00 and the cost is 95% refundable after delivery. That is when I told them we were not told of these extra cost and would not be paying more money. I contacted the seller to explain what had happened and that we could not pay anymore money and those were cost that he should have covered because he did not tell us about the extra cost. He said the dog was legally ours and paperwork had been done so it was our responsibility to cover those cost. I told him that we had not seen or signed any documentation for ownership so we did not own the dog. I told him that he needed to pick up the dog from the shipping company and refund us our money. then him and the shipping company stopped responding to correspondence.

We were looking for a corgi puppy for my daughter when we came across this website https://karenscorgis.com/. I filled out the personal information part on the website and send it out

I received an email and a text about 30min later from the “seller”

We asked for more information about some of the pups and the “seller” provided us with videos and pictures of the pups

We proceeded with the payment through PayPal and not long after the “seller” said that the PayPal account was not right and we should make another payment to a different PayPal account

At this point I started feeling uneasy with this whole thing and called the “sellers” number

A man answered and said his name was Bryan, I asked him about the money and he said it was in a canceled account and he won’t return the money and hung the phone up

Have not been able to get ahold of Bryan or anyone else since.

The scammer solicited me on a Facebook page for golden retriever. He proposed a nice sounding deal and requested a $200 Zelle payment which I made. He demanded additional sums without delivering the promised puppy.

This is a puppy scam website that has stolen content from my website. The kennel is fake and they are trying to pretend to have puppies available to take deposits off people. It is a common scam and I have reported the website to google because of the scammer taking my pictures and text from my own website.
