I never received an email after the one saying I ordered! There was no tracking number. I been emailing and nothing back! No update and not product received! Ive called and the mail box is full! It sucks that i see many people have gone threw the same thing im going threw! This needs to stop! Ive tried getting my money back i see it's impossible but maybe me writing this can help the next oerson!

I have emailed and emailed no response I bought two large batches of clothes for 35.00 and 35.00. about 45 pieces and never received anything. I just want my money back at this point. I'm sick of ppl scamming an taking from good paying customers.

It's cool to know that I ordered three times for nothing .. So if I understand correctly it's impossible to get a refund because the website does not exist and there will be a follow-up to this big anarchist ?! It's not as if there had been two or three people who ordered there. How can we trust websites to order if even the sites which have the safe sign in the link bar and which is marked everywhere as it's 100% safe and etc ... Zara's didn't realize that there was a link masquerading as them with all these advertisements ...

Advertisements for Zara’s closet had been popping up on my snapchat over the course of about 2 weeks so I ordered about 3 times, $15 shipping each time in early November. It’s been a month and I have not received anything, the site is now nowhere to be found.

I came across an ad link via Snapchat, Zara’s Closet that seem to have a deal too good to pass off. I place my order and I get charged only for shipping $15.97 (CAN$22 something) I get a confirmation #. The email had the option of opening the link to your order so I did so, to my surprise the website had an error of some sort and the page couldn’t be found. It’s Nov.17.2020 and the site no longer exists. So I called my bank to get this scam situated, although it may not be a lot of money they took, I paid for a purchase that I have not received and I’m taking back what’s mine cause money isn’t free. Lesson learnt, please do your research of the company and read the reviews of the honest before spending your hard earned money. If it wasn’t for looking up the reviews I would still be waiting on my package ?

Unfortunately fell for it as well. Nov.3.2020, I got the same ad link via Snapchat, placed my order, I was only charged for shipping which came up too $15+tax (CAN$22 something) and received a confirmation #. I click on the link provided in the email and it says there was an error the page is not found. It’s Nov.17, the site no longer exists. So today I called my bank to get this situated. This is complete robbery.

On November 2nd I had gotten multiple ads about Zara’s closet and I decided to buy some clothes since it was shipping only. In the back of my head I knew it was to good to be true, but since I got an email confirmation and could track my order on the app “shop” I wasn’t worried. Today is November 14 and the website is no where to be found I am very upset. I bought from there twice but I guess it is my fault for not trusting my gut.

I went to zara's collections via snapchat and saw the sale was shipping only so if course I jumped on it. I did 2 orders. I got 2 emails saying my orders were being processed and even got an estimated time of delivery. Then I tried to visit it again via the email sent to me and now saying page no longer exists so wtf. I'm so mad but at same time mad at myself I should have known better. Nothing is that great and cheap. Shame on them for misleading us shopping gals! Guess I gotta report fraud now.

An ad for Zara's closet came across my Facebook page. When I visited the website it stated that the entire store was on sale & all clothing items were free, just pay for shipping. It really seemed like a legitimate website so I chose 5 items & paid $16 for shipping. The next day I tried to click the link in the confirmation email that said, "view your order," but when I clicked on the link, it said page not found. I emailed their contact email listed on the website like 3 times, but never got a response, in one of my emails I stated that if I didn't get a response about my order I was going to report them as a scam. I still never got a response and the link or website no longer exists.

I seen a great sale! Thinking I could save some cash on free products through a new store (awful decision). I had to pay for my order in American currency so it cost me a little more for the shipping, personally wasn't going to be an issue since I "thought" I was saving a tone on cute clothing.

When I made the payment I immediately got a text saying that the order was confirmed and they will send me an update when my items have been processed to shipping. As I waited for a couple hours I questioned how long this was taking for the shipping process (they said they guaranteed a quick shipping process on their website) so I started digging into their company a little more.... They advertise an Instagram account that doesn't exist, the account that the photos are from are actually from another online scam store... I emailed their support team but haven't gotten anything back. I tried to email the owner but the email came back as "doesn't exist". I began digging into the phone number they used to send me the purchase confirmation to see where it was located, it showed up as a Canadian landline... I know there is highly no chance on getting my money back, all I want is stores like this to stop steeling from people who are just trying to get by... It is disgusting... I got ahold of the company that actually supplied the landline however again nothing has come back... I'm just trying to get this one store to stop because I went on their Facebook page and found multiple other stores using the same style, platform, and pictures all open for one day and then abandoned... Only leaving angry customers... I understand people gotta make a living but when they get selfish and start promising products to people everywhere but won't even send your products I think its then theft....
