This company takes your money and puts you in a communication void. I paid with a credit card and the card will reimburse me but I’m more stressed that I have them docial security and drivers lísiense! I knew better but was under a time crunch! Don’t make the mistake!

I ordered Two family birth certificates. Paid with my bank debit card. Money quickly left my account...Nov. 15/17, i never recieved my documents .
$54.00 each. Thanks for letting me vent. From this day forward, i will do the research on any co. i may want to use. A lesson well learned. Im a first trime , GOTHA! It wont happen again! Got Smart, Jillian

The website came up when searching for Virginia Vital Statistics and looked and acted like a Government website. We were trying to obtain a birth certificate.

I needed to get my daughters birth certificate, they asked for info i.e. copy of my driver's license, front and back, social security number, etc. Charged me $49.00, and never sent me the birth certificate, and won't give me my money back. Even though they have a money back guarantee

i purchase my birth certificate and used my debit card . i paid for express shipping to get it in 2 to 3 days and still hadnt gotten anything from them. no way to track it down or check my order or get into with the company. they have no address, phone number only web address.I didnt look into this before so i am warning everyone do not use this company website. they gotten my personal information faking as a government office that issue birth certificate. i really need my birth certificate and not in the state i was born so i was trying to order online. please report them so they can be looked into taking people info , credit card info. they not real.

They have a number it put in touch with termminex so I filed a complaint with the FBI go to ic3.gov

Same experience. Their ad indicates that they are filing for you electronically and that the fee covers everything. Actually, what they are doing is charging you $47.00 for filling out a form that you can get for free from the Department of Health. Worse, taking this form and sending it in only delays matters. The legit outfit charges $8.00 plus the Department of Health's fee.

These guys should be prosecuted for theft.

I got scammed too by them, someone needs to report them to the better business bureau same situation to tell you guys explained they sent me back my own information to send in to the vital records place instead of them sending it and then vital records sending me a copy it's a huge scam

Presents on line as a service to order a birth certificate. It popped up when I searched for Bureau of Vital Records. I thought I had the government site but it is not. You fill out an application for the certificate and submit. It charges you $47. Then it emails you an application for the birth certificate filled out with instructions to send it in with $15 to the state agency to get your certificate. It alleges at this point that it's a service to review your application for accuracy so you avoid any delays in getting your certificate. So they get your info plus $47 and you get no birth certificate..and it costs all the time and effort you now get to waste making all the contacts you need to prevent further theft, protect your credit and do everything you can to prevent identity theft.

Hello, this company is a fraud. They pretend they are getting you a birth certificate, but all they do is mail you back your own information and then you have to send it to the proper place such as the Virginia Department of Health and they charge $47.00 for two certificates and then you still have to pay $12.00 per certificate to the correct entity. It is a scam. I wrote them but all they did was send me the same PDF with my own information that I had sent them. They do not get you the birth certificate!! I obviously did not understand what I was paying for. Nothing

Same here. These [censored] just filled in the form that I could myself find and fill. I thought the service would be: I paid them, they fill it in, send it to the health centre and finally send my bc back home. But no, they just fill the information and you have to do the rest by yourself. Big Scam

I went to this website to get a copy of my son's birth certificate. It is called Vitalrecordscertificates, which is slightly similar to the actual website for obtaining a birth certificate ("VitalChek"). It charges you to create an application that you don't really need, which you then have to print out and mail LA registrar to get your birth certificate. In reality, you can just request it online without this application by going to VitalCheck. The scam website charges $47 to make this application that is not needed. You then still need to pay $25 for the actual birth certificate by mailing in the application. By going the correct route through VitalCheck, you can do this all online at a cost of $55.50. including shipping.

Impersonating a business that sends birth certificates.

They collected all mine and my sons personal information. I paid them 47 dollars for my sons birth certificate and they sent me an application to print out and sign and requested me to send in a photocopy of my drivers license along with an additional 16 dollars.

And then I got an international charge on my debit card along with the 47 dollars.

It’s a company from a foreign country.

I am now concerned mine and my sons identity has been taken.

Ordered a birth certificate for my 47 year old son for insurance purposes, first red flag, paid $154. Finally made contact with someone yesterday to find out third party reaped me off. The guy I spoke with said the birth certificate appeared to be ordered directly from me and payment received was $9, so in order to actually send it, I needed a notarized letter and pay the balance $37. Received nothing I have an order# 109482170. I canceled any further contact

Found a website that said they would help me fill out a online form request for my birth certificate. I was charged $47 to do this (first mistake) I check the address on the form before sending it into the Maryland vital records department and it matched the address online. I went ahead and sent in my form with my check. It has been almost a month and I have heard nothing (But I know they received it because they signed for my form when delivered in the mail) I went back to the website and emailed them to see if they had answers and got a email saying that there was no such email address!! I triad again and got the same response. I think this is a scam!!! Please look into this company!!
