I downloaded the wish app around the end of November. I browsed every now and then but never purchased anything because they look really cheap. In December I started receiving packages every day. Cheap things that I never even wanted. They took a big chunk of money out of my account. I don’t even know how they got my account information. Beware of anything coming from China. Ive had problems with Wish and eBay .I’ve had to go all the way to the top to get my money back.

scammed a text to me

stating i purchased $252.70 worth of goods.

All fraud charges!

I never authorized nor did i allow anyone to make any charges to my account.

I notified Citi card and they are looking into security on this wish .com

i notified wish.com and

today shipped some of fraud order.

I have notified wish.com and they do not get back regarding the fraud charges!!

I need wish .com to credit back my $252.70 to my account!

Subjects at wish.com don't need credit card information meaning name or bill too addresses the compromise email information. Company has asked for name card number expiration date etc then use email

If they don't get what they want vs what's needed they want copy of your state issue dmv etc. If fraud charge card owner notify bank of details. Subjects told all items sold out if no comply

I ordered a package of 100 disposable face masks on April 24th. The price was $19.95 US. After I placed the order I received a confirmation with a price of $35 with shipping of $11. I became suspicious and sent them an e-mail cancelling the order. No responses. They first told me I would receive them by April 28th. Then I received an e-mail that the date was changed to May 18th. They also gave me a tracking # and found that (1) it's coming from China and sitting somewhere in China as of today (Saturday, May 16th) and (2) getting onto their website it says that there are NO CANCELLATIONS 6 hours after the order is placed! No masks and it looks like I'm out $46.00! SCAM!

I placed my 1st ever order on wish.com. It asked for my credit card details 1st, so I entered them. It immediately then told me that my order was placed. However, it never asked me for my shipping address. Thinking this was odd, I checked what wish.com had as my shipping address, and it was for an unknown male in the Ukraine. I had never ordered on wish.com before, so this alarmed me. I tried to change my shipping details, and was immediately locked out of my account. I then checked my bank account, and the amount was withdrawn from my bank for the products I ordered on wish. I immediately attempted to contact customer service at wish.com. I have received no response, and it has been 3 days since the money was taken from my account. I have no idea if products were shipped, or to whom, but I was taken for $80. I am the victim of a scam, and wish.com is not an actual business, but a fraudulent website.

This website offers no way of contact except via email. I ordered a Roiii jacket for $60-65.00 the jacket was in my basket, by the time I placed my order they only had a large size left and so I wanted to cancel the order immediately and I received an email (11/16/18) from wish stating I would be refunded in full within 14 days. I have not received a refund as of March 20 2019. I have sent several emails asking wish to advise me on the matter, their site says someone will email me almost immediately, I have not got a response as of 3/20/19. Please help

I ordered something for Christmas. The packages came 1 at a time. However when I looked at the return address it was from China. There sizes are totally different from ours in the USA. I wanted to return them but as I meandered through there website it told me i had not ordered anything. I wasn't able to get any further. So now I have $70.00 worth of junk that i can't return. Please use caution with this place.

I put an item up for sale on all of the main apps. I had many inquiries from Wish Local and nearly all of them were scam based.

The 2, I want to highlight are the girl who sent me a fake email from Paypal saying that the money had been taken from her account and was being held pending me supply the tracking number for the goods. Paypal does not operate that way and so I let the girl know in colorful terms that she was trying to scam me.

The second experience I want to share is the guy who sent me a check for twice the amount of my item and told me to bank it and give the extra money to his shipper. The scam here is that you give his shipper the item and the cash and they cancel the check. It only works if you are stupid enough to fall for it.

I have complained several times to Wish Local and have never had a reply

Out of nowhere wish.com asked for a picrure of my credit card or bank statement in order to verify my identity. Within a few days I was called by my credit card with fraudulent activity on my card. They tried to steal my money. Never ever give in to their demand for your card or bank statement.

In November of 2016 i ordered two things off of wish.com for my father and brother for christmas. Excited it was gonna get here when it never did. I have tried to contact wish with no response what so ever. When i log into my wish account my previous purchase has been deleted. I however paid through paypal and i still have all my information from there. I set up a dispute with paypal to get my money back on the items i never recieved but even pay pal had no luck on contacting them. Thank God it was only 36.10 but its and awful way to steal peoples money..

They look like an ordinary discount site. Create profile and make purchase. Even sent me a confirmation and charged my card. The estimated delivery date has come and gone. Cannot log in or reset password or contact company to resolve this. Out my money. Glad didn't buy more.
