I've spent $392 after $98off on a sale. emailed multiple times every month until Nov when things in my life started to pick up and I forgot. Now I go back and try to email them and the email said address not found when you email them.

I’ve experienced the same as everyone else. I placed my order July 9, 2021, and have been misled since. My bank won’t refund the charge since it’s been ten months. If anyone is starting a class action lawsuit, please reach out to me at [email protected]

My fiancé ordered me a surprise box in may of 2021 for my graduation and we still haven’t received the box or the money back I told him I wanted it because someone on Facebook went live and showed theirs that I know they “wibargin” didn’t email him anything about them closing the store I’m not sure what is going on but this is crazy and I just don’t know what to do

I ordered a package from their website in July and then contacted them in October when it never came in. They told me I would get a refund in the next few business days when I have them a call about it. I never got my refund or the package and I paid $175 for a fake box that never came in.

WiBargain is run by Lin Miao, who is a federal criminal. Just look him up "Lin Miao FBI". He is continuing this scam with a new LLC / company -- caksupply.co. This guy is straight up criminal.

I ordered a back in November 2021. I had seen multiple reviews stating it would take a long time to receive the box, but it was right before Christmas so I thought maybe our box would be a littler better because of Christmas.

I have emailed at least 4 times and never received any kind of response. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but they could not get any response either. I requested a refund from my credit card and because I requested the refund after two months, I was no longer eligible for a refund. I spent around $64.00 and just want it back.

I am willing to be added to a class action lawsuit if anyone has already started one.

I ordered a box in November and never did receive it. I contacted them in December and I received a couple of emails stating that the orders were behind and would be shipped within a week. I tried to contact them again and was ghosted. They need to be shut down! I lost $61.75 which is a lot to me. If anyone has started a class action suit, please let me know so I can get in on it. I would like to get satisfaction!

I ordered an electronic box in August of 2021. I had the same experience as everyone here. I emailed them multiple times and was told that they were backlogged with orders and shipping times were extended. The last response I received in December was that they would be shipping it out in a week. I have not received anything, no one is answering my emails and the phone number is disconnected.

Over 7 months ago I ordered two boxes from wibargain. I am still Waiting for them to come in. They will not reply to emails. They have since disconnected There two phone numbers. Not sure how to get my $120 back. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They tried twice to contact wibargain with now luck. Need help Please! Julie Stratton

I ordered from wibargain over 7 months ago and have now received my two boxes. Now they refuse to reply via email, and have disconnected their two phone numbers. I want my $120 back! Who do we need to contact? I filed a complaint with the BBB. They tried twice to contact wibargain. Looking for others who had or having the same issues. We can’t let this company take our money and get away with it.

Every single comment in here is exactly what happen to me. Exactly the same thing. $104 lost. And I bought it last year in July 2021. [email protected] thats my email. Anyone get a lawyer im with you on this.

I guess I will need to get a lawyer. I have contacted everyone I know to. Filed a complaint with BBB. They tried twice to contact wibargain. I would like to go after them for everything they are doing to all these people. [email protected]

I ordered an electronics box in the beginning of October. a couple of days later I got a tracking number saying my box was on its way. i tried to follow the tracking number to see where my package was. It was not a good tracking number. However, the tracking number said my package was about 2 pounds. I had seen on a few youtube videos how all these people had unpackaged their "electronics" boxes and they were huge and could hardly even carry them off the porch. So this raised a suspicion... i got a bad tracking number and my pkg was only 2 pounds? something isnt right. I immediately sent an email asking to cancel my order. i got email back saying they would process it. Its now almost two months later and several emails later saying that it is being "sent up" to the refund department and it is in queue to be processed. whatever that means. I have put in a dispute with my credit card company. Hopefully they will contest it with them. I am out $140.00 and shouldnt have to be stuck with it since they had no intention of even sending me a box in the first place. how many other people out there are they actually stealing from that haven't come forward? THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!

Placed an order on July 10, 2021. Gave them AMPLE time to send the box, and actually did receive other orders I had placed, but this one they would not send. It is now February 7, 2022, and I still have not received my box. I have asked to replace the box with another, saying just put another box in the mail, I don't even care what it is, just send me something for my money, and they sent me to a refund request page. Of course, the page no longer exists, so I can't even do that. I've requested a refund via email and have received radio silence. My patience and hope for companies to be truthful have likely caused me to miss out on requesting a cancelation through my bank as well, since it's been so long.

Same. They yanked me around for so long saying they were sending next week and now I can’t get my money back from my bank. Total scam! Now they do not reply at all. Disconnected they two phone numbers. And changed their website so you can’t get a refund at all now. So mad!

This is a scam. Someone figure out a class action lawsuit. I ordered a box on October 1st 2021 for a special surprise for Christmas. I was told 4 times it was being shipped next week. It's been 4 months and now they don't even respond. The phone number no longer works. Now they won't even respond to my emails. I don't know what to do, if I had the money I would drive to California and go talk to them in person.

On July 3 2021 I purchased a mystery box from WiBargai for approximately 120 dollars. After a few months of not receiving the box I emailed them and I was told it would be shipped within 3-5 business days. I since then have sent the same email and received the same reply. We are now in February of 2022. They will not refund my credit card and have stopped answering the emails.

I purchased a box for $76 on August 11th 2021. A couple days later I got an email from FedEx saying that my box shipped. Weeks went by and eventually the tracking number was no longer valid. I was told I could get a refund. The refund was issued September 22nd. I have been emailing and calling every week since then and they keep telling me that "my refund is scheduled to be released this week." I tried to call them again today and the number is no longer active. Now I'm out $76 which is not easy for someone that doesn't make a lot of money to begin with. Absolutely ridiculous!

I made an order of over $100 for an Amazon return box in early November. In mid-November, I received a shipping notification. I tried tracking it for weeks, but after a month the box still hadn't been passed off to the shipper. I contacted customer support and was told they'd process a refund. They have not processed a refund, they have not shipped the package, and when I contact them via email, they have stopped responding to my emails.

Fraud! Scam! Their number is out of service and they lie via email. I bought 2 boxes $200 worth 3 months ago and still have nothing. They are scammers. I want my money back ASAP so I am contacting a lawyer.
