This company called my family, friends and old boss saying they were a investigator in a "case" and that the had a officer coming to my house to serve some papers... They are lying and using scare tactics. They said they will contact authorities to arrest me. These people are crazy. I am trying to file a harassment lawsuit.

They keep calling for someone else. I keep telling them to stop calling me and they keep calling asking me to help them find this person and if I don't they'll keep calling me. This company has an F with BBB. They are not legit. Just a collection agency using scare tactics that clearly don't work.

Webster Monroe and associates threatened to serve me With a lawsuit at my home with a uniformed officer present. Called me on my cell phone and had my SS#. they were attempting to get to to contact them to update “The statute of limitations” so they had a legal right to pursue a Past due credit card That was over 10 years done.. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK. Just ignore and block their calls.

Someone name Thomas Mills called, left a message saying that i was going to be served court papers, have my driver's license suspended if i didn't pay $3500. Two days later they call again, they call my sister and left a message for her to deliver to me. I cantacted them and the guys started to yell at me because i wouldn't verify my info. And he said I'll see you in court!!

Received a phone call from a Restricted number and answered. Caller stated they were an investigator looking to serve me with legal documentation under my maiden name, gave me a case number and the phone number 218-789-3269.

I have nothing that I should have any legal issue with, I did not call them as when I googled the phone number it pulled up that many people received the same calls and it was a scam.
