I ordered one bottle of oil from this company for $60 and the withdrew $367 from my account. I had to change my card etc. Criminals

This company has the same address at 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway Ste 500 as, "Hemp Oil". They must be related as I was also scammed out of $225. I tried to buy one bottle, and get one free. Bait and switch to an additional $225. The $34 monthly fee was also added in as an extra charge for monthly subscription. You need to phone and cancel if you can, otherwise you are a club member for life. They will debit your credit card every 30 days for your membership. What you didn't sign up for any membership? Yes you did, maybe you didn't read the 30 pages of "terms and conditions" like everyone else. It is buried in their contract. They have even fooled Master Card by showing that I ticked the little box. The folks should be put away for life. It is not right scamming people like this.

I had these people do the old scam of risk free sample of face cream, claiming that they need your credit card details for postage payment. They then remove $89 ongoing from the account, claiming that you signed up for a subscription.

I saw a Facebook article about JC Penny closing and was led to believe that they were giving away free products from their cosmetic area such as perfumes. I thought that I might be able to get some perfume so I filled out the information form to receive it. I was not aware that I was being sent some type of facial product until I found an unknown charge on my credit card and was given information about the company from my credit card support staff. I have sensitive skin and would never have tried anything on my face without being familiar with the product. I tried to cancel the charge and be reimbursed as soon as possible. I was told I would only be charged for shipping on the product of $*** and credited back for the $***. I told the person I didn't want their product and wanted everything cancelled. However, I was charged again in December and told it was because I did not send their product back within their cancellation period. I told the rep I was never told to send the "free" product back. She said it was free for just two weeks and I would need to send it back and pay for the shipping myself and then be reimbursed for only $***.

Ad appeared to be from Macy's as one time shipping only offer; actually a reoccurring monthly charge. When cancelled, operator continued to reword the monthly "club" deals 3 times at different rates before allowing me to cancel. CC charged immediately, not canceled. Refund to take 5-10 business days. Order cancelled however credit card refunded, not cancelled as I requested for immediate refund. Operator refused to transfer call to supervisor, refused to cancel charge immediately but refund only.

When surfing the internet their are many ads of a cream that is suppose to work wonders for your face. They offer a free trial and explain that you do have to pay $4.95 in shipping. When I placed my order before you get to your receipt the company tried to offer you other products to go along with it. Their is a continue button under to click in which I thought it was to only continue to my order number and billing info because I did not see any other option to get to the confirmation page. When I finally reached the page I found that every product that I had seen prior to my order information page was charged to my credit card as well. It went from $4.95 to $100.76 in about 30 seconds. I called the customer service number and rather than stopping the shipping and canceling the other items the girl just continued to tell me that it would be a one time payment. I tried to tell her I did not mean to order all the extra's but she only got more pushy explaining the products work together. I then told her again that I just wanted to cancel. I told her this about 10 times without exaggerating and finally said I just wanted to cancel everything including the trial with the shipping cost of $4.95. She hung up on me. I called back and got the same girl, she hung up on me again. I called back 3 more times and she hung up on me. I called from a different phone and got a male this time. Explained my dilemma and again, would not refund or stop the order. I told him multiple times that I did not want anything shipped and I wanted a $0 balance of this account and on my credit card but all he would say was not to worry it is only a one time charge. Both customer service reps refused to understand the mistake that was made and fix it. The website is misleading in the check out process and the customer service reps are horrible. The company is scamming money from people and they scammed money from me. They refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor and they refused to refund me my money.

I ordered Erase/Repair HA through a post on FaceBook

I tried the product, but wanted to cancel the monthly subscription of 98.71

When I tried to call the number it was a completely different company and was told they had been getting a lot of calls for this company. Below is the information from their website and the invalid phone number. They have no record that I received a product. I have emailed them at [email protected]

Will be notifying my back to file fraud charges against the company.
