I work for a company that uses Neopost for our postage needs. I started recieving phone calls from a company that stated they were from Neopost, and that we have red ink for our postage machine on the way. After that first phone call I was non-stop harassed every day over the phone by someone named Kris and through email about the shipment. We recieved the shipment about a week later and today we got an invoice from the fraud company, stating we owe $300 for ink, $60 for envelope moisteners, and $80 for a keyboard cleaning kit. This is outragious because not only did we never order these products, but they invoiced us for close to $500 for the same products we get on Amazon for way cheaper. I called the company today and I waited on hold until the sales rep who had been harassing me was available. When I explained the situation to her over the phone, she accussed me of lying and that she had a voice recording from me ordering the products which is complete BS. I told her that she is to send me a return label, and that I am aware that she is trying to scam our company. DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENT FROM THEM! Not only did they waste my time but they were HORRIBLY unprofessional.

We were sent ink and printing strips at the cost of almost $400. I returned the items and didn't get the tracking number but I know they received it. Now they keep sending bills and calling saying we're getting sent to a collection agency. My boss told me we're not paying for it and then seeing all the complaints about it being a scam helped a lot. A lady called today and gave me her number and her name is Christina and said she's from a collection agency. I hung up and looked the number up and google does not show any company or anything with that number. In case yall want to know, it's 661-383-0760. How do I stop this?

We recently got a Postage Meter. Several weeks later we received a call US Postage Meter Center but they referred to themselves as our postage meter rep and we were then told our new postage meter supplies would be arriving shortly. They made it out like this was a reorder. When the supplies arrived, it was a lot of item we would never use. I contacted this company 3 times to find out why we got all these supplies and no one would call me back. One week later I get a $350.00 invoice. The ink cost $60. This is a scam of a company and needs to be stopped! I have called 4 times today and no one will call me back. I want a return label sent to us and I want a email confirmation stating we have NO open invoice with this company.

This Company does not exist. USPM Called to "place a reorder" never told me a dollar amount. Just sent out product. I called the "Number" which a generic auto message came up. Got a hold of one person said I can send the product back they then called back saying they need to talk to a different person in warehouse. Warehouse turned out to be sales. they then said i can not return. They said the invoice was "mailed" out. 5 - 7 days after the shipment was sent. Which it would take 7-10 business days for the mail to reach us. Thus past the time frame to return it. when collections called the invoice was then sent via email already past the "Due Date" so there no fighting the bill. Called let them know i am not paying the bill and they do not have authorization to charge my card (which the collections person said they do not have a card on file, but the warehouse sales rep has my card on file) they told me they will refuse the box, at that point they hung up with me.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!

Do not give this company any information. They call you and imply that they are somehow associated with or part of a division of the US Postal Service, and somehow they have information regarding your postal usage and equipment! They mail you OVERPRICED knock-off products and a hefty bill -- 4x the cost of what the actual company charges-- and expect to not get caught?!?

A copy of their fake invoice is attached- do not fall for their scam. When you call, they will give you an address to ship their products back: 28231 Avenue Crocker Unit 120, Valencia, CA 91355 attn: Returns.

I work for the company *** *** ***. Our receptionist received a phone call from this company and a women asked for the postage machine ID number, claiming she was customer service on the machine and their computers were down. Our receptionist gave her the ID number. Once they got the ID number they took it upon themselves to send Ink & supplies to our company via UPS, that we did NOT order, for our postage machine. Then they sent an Invoice for the Ink & Supplies. They have called several times demanding money for the Invoice. I told them we did not order these items and they were returned. They didn't care to hear this. They continued to say that we did order these items, and they want their money. They are scam artists.

The scammers target businesses with postage meters. A representative will call regarding an order that has allegedly been placed with their company and ask you to confirm the business address. They ship you a product and send an invoice for the products they send at inflated prices, then threaten to send the invoice to collections if you will not pay.

They called claiming a representative of theirs spoke with an employee and ordered a product and that they are providing a confirmation. They then try and get a full name to place on the invoice and send $400.00 worth of product with an invoice. They can't provide any proof of someone ordering the product. They are a scam! The product they send isn't even worth $400. I think they must be getting company information from Pitney Bowes or Neopost. You then have to foot the bill of shipping the product back!
