Type of a scam Bank/Credit Card Company Imposter

SCAMM!!!

Same Company.. different name " https://bestfinanceamerica.com"...My daughter was dealing with John McLLawan, Loan Supervisor. Ironically they list both numbers +1 (209) 3988018 | +1 (415) 9407068 on their website. "John" who is CLEARLY not a John, requested $200 for loan insurance, and $700 thru gift cards. I questioned this, and then he told me I "must have mistakenly sent the $700". I asked if he "mistakenly" recieved it in? This is a scam totally. Do not deal with United Loans Network or Best Finance America

A man called to say a $5,000 loan has been approved. Scarily, they had all my information, which was probably a result of my applying for loans online. So he was friendly and explained not to give my info online, all that. However, then I requested an email with the information. He sent me to a website, uscreditloan.com is where the link came from. Oh, the email was from a gmail account. Then I clicked the link and he requested I click on one of the banners on the page, the second one.

Well, I have recently had multiple others try to scam me so I knew to be wary. I scrolled over the banner and it wanted to take me to another website "bpmtracker.com." I said no thank you, I'm not clicking on any more links and hung up. Then I found this page.

Please share this information with your friends. If you know someone struggling for money, please share that there are so many scams. I can already tell this would have ended like the others on this site. I'm sorry to all of you and positive vibes that everything works out in your favor.

Exact thing happened to me I received a phone call the gentleman said he worked for United loans are loans United I knew something was up because when I was younger I worked in customer service and I know while working in customer service you always state your name your ID # and you always state that the call is being recorded for security purposes none of that was the case I still sat on the phone just to see what would happen. Then the gentleman stated that I had applied for a loan I was approved they had my credit score my information and then told me that the $5000 would be placed in my account and even told me what bank I was banking with which scared me told me my address my dob, and my email address, he had everything and so the naïve person I am I was like well maybe it is real so I proceeded just out of curiosity and then noticed that the gentleman had not given me a whole lot of information so I started asking questions asking the questions that anybody would how much would my payments be for how long then he told me stay on the phone to place your your phone on speaker check your email I open my email and noticed it was just a link there was no head line .. just a link! A legit has logos, headings, information, etc! there was no company logo there was nothing so I almost didn’t click on the link and I decided you know why not what’s going to hurt not thinking clicking on that link actually could be the worst thing I can do because I can then we have access to everything on your phone I clicked on the link pay for safe to tell me everything on the screen so then I was like what I am why not why not OK I clicked on the screen follow through he told me oh you know it’s not gonna cost you nothing… Then same pretty much in the same sentence he proceeded to tell me that oh well yeah what are you what you know where are you at and I explained where I was that why do you know why do you need might why does it why is it asking for my credit card information I don’t want you know I was just gonna cost you a dollar even though we have your credit score then I said well what’s a dollar then I start filling it out and trying to be smart to make sure because I had money in my account I decided to use my chime card so I put one dollar on my Chime card and proceeded with it then got a notification on my phone saying that there was insufficient funds on my Chime card of twenty five dollars so I informed him why are you charging me twenty five dollars after you just told me one dollar oh oh ma’am no no you’re not get charged nothing today the twenty five dollars will be reimbursed to you so I hung up take out that I answered the phone hung and then I hung up then I just ignored it well then I sat there and thought what in the world are they getting out of this because $25 Hass to go to this discredit thing right I called the number back no answer hung up call the number back to let it continue to rain the number was a text mail subscriber if anybody knows what that is that is a literally an app you can download and then received calls back calls back calls back answer the phone and it’s sad because there’s nothing that you can do what are you did you tell him I know you’re a scammer

I received a call from these guys on a Saturday, got approved for a 5,000 loan but called me back saying I needed to purchase $150 in gift cards to receive it. I buy 150 in Google Play gift cards, scratch the numbers off and tell me to wait so I can pick it up at the Western Union. They call me again to tell me that a man named Ronnie was gonna call me, and told me to tell him that the money was for a medical emergency or they would put another charge on the loan. Turns out they called my bluff, had to call these guys back and they tell me I had to pay an extra $300 to get the funds. After becoming frustrated they told me I wouldn't have to pay and call back Monday. Call back Monday and they tell me I have to pay 200 of it. I then buy 200 in eBay gift cards, send them the numbers and they promise me the funds would be in my account by the end of the day. Waited days days and more days. Only did it because of life's situations, but these people don't care. Sad story.

Someone called me told me they were untied loans network.took my info down told me to call this alex Walker guy an he would approve my loan .called him told me instead of 5000 I could go up to 10000 for 150 an month asked how much was on my account at that point I knew it was a scam

My boyfriend received a call from Daniel Paul stating he was approved for 10k, but then told him it was very hard to get him approved for 10k that it would be easier to approve him for 50k, my boyfriend told him no that 10k would be plenty. So they then ask him his credit score and of coarse tell him its not high enough but yet say his is still approved. They tell him they can not deposit it into his bank account that it will have to be a cashiers check and 2000 would have to be through western union. But say western union will charge 150 and that would be refunded. We tell them we dont have the 150 and they start to question why we don't have it, we then tell them we can get it, and they persistently want to know how long it will take us before we are in the parking lot of a western union. We tell them 30 mins. Obviously we are not going to go through with it. But this is our experience at the moment. These people make me sick. Daniel Paul barely speaks English, stupid towel head! United Loans Network is a complete scam, please dont fall for this crap!

Sme happened to me they said I was approved for 5000 the processing fee was 150 to pu onto their united card or And eBay card i did this. Mr. Richard Parker add to me to trust him and that he is being honest and everything is alright but they called me back and said I had to pay $500 taxes on the 5000 then I called mister Parker back and he told me that you would take the money out of his pocket show me the farms and everything to sign and then come to find out when I call them back and try to make arrangements to see what was going on you can't answer the phone. Then I tried shooting him a text and you never responded and I've been trying to call him back ever since until I found this here but I read about him being a scammer so Dublin California and everything looks legit and then they tell you to also life is it alone is for medical bills so I did not give any of that information to the person that calls you back after you talk to you please do not trust these guys they are scammers are all the money I had groceries for the month and now I can't even feed my kids somebody needs to shut them down.

I applied for loans online and didnt get approved due to javing no credit. The next day a guy calls me and says im approved for a 5000 loan. He didnt ask many questions about my income and i told him i had a low credit score and told him what it was. He said no problem. He told me that if i give him my bank acct. Number and routing number it would be in my bank within two hours. I knew he was lying. I waited 24 hours and called the number he told me to call mr jacobs with a confirmation number he gave to me to get my money processed. He said he didnt know why it wasnt there he'd call me back in 10 mins. He didn't call back. I called back 2 hours later and he said due to my liw credit score i needed to go to western union or moneygram and pay the 150 fee to send me 5000 to moneygram. He said it wasnt going to them that moneygram was taking it to hold yo send me my money. I ve used moneygram so much i knew better. So i asked him if that was the case I'd get my money in the same transaction right? He said no that it would take 10 mins after i send it for him to get it to me but he'd stay on the phone the whole time with me to make sure i got it. I told him he made no sense why wouldnt they take the fees out of my loan money? Why would i pay them to give me loan money? If i had 150 to waste i wouldnt be asking for a loan. I frustrated him so much he hung up on me 3 times. I just wanted him to know how stupid he sounded and he wasnt getting anything from me. But i wanted him to know what it felt like to get your hopes up only to figure out it aint happening! Dont send them money they all have india accents!! The first call comes from your area code area.

I filed for a $5,000 loan which I signed all the paperwork for they told me I had to pay $150 up front which I did then they come back and told me I needed to pay another $350 in order to get the loan that way they would send it through MoneyGram so after giving them all the money I had which was $150 they turned around and took back the loan from me and they told me it'd be 45 days before I can get my money back somebody needs to put them out of business like the state of California

Be aware of a "David Goodwin" phone number (209) 398-8018 from united loans network. They start off by offerring 10k, then they say your credit score is low and you have to boost your credit score by making a payment with a gift card, unfortunately i did this. $400. Then they say you have to pay for the moneygram transfer of $750. Then they'll say that you have to pay $900 to FedEx to deliver. Total scam. Shut these towelhead scammers down.

Just got approved for a loan of upto 5000 asked for 3500 wife got into accident car needs fixing ins sent check to car lot so I am stuck fixing they called me said I was approved for 5000 at 155 for 36 month then Daniel Paul Called me back said I was approved for 10000 at 200 a month for 60 months to good to be true was told at the beginng I would not have to pay anything for a loan after 30 mins called back and said with my low fico score they could notput into my bank after thinking a little this Daniel Paul sounds just like the guys from lendtre that got me for 300 two weeks earlier wit google cards they will stay on the phone with you don't get fooled like I did we do not have to pay any fees to get the loan period if they ask hang up or have them take fees out of loan

Two months ago I was contacted by Alex Walker who is the manager of United no its Network and he was going to help me with a loan app for $100 deposit which I gave him, the loan did not go through and he has refused to refund my $100
Several times he promised to refund but never has refunded my money
I pleaded with him and he constantly lied. He needs to give me back my money now

I applied for a loan online. I got a call from loan manager Alex Walker with United Loan Network. He gave me a confirmation number and told me I could pick up my money at Western Union after I give him $150. I gave him my Paypal card number, my address and my Social Security number, which I gave him. He had an Indian accent.

I received a phone call from a male posing to be Daniel Paul. He stated that I was eligible for a $10,000 loan. My payments would be $200 a month for the next 5 years. In order to receive funds I would need access to a western union. At this western union I would receive my $10,000 loan money. But, first I would need to provide an upfront payment of $150.00 this also has to be at the western union company. He sent me a loan agreement that appeared very sketchy. I couldn't find his business name, address or phone number researching the ScamPulse.com in CA. These people are very good at scamming innocent elderly victims. Please be aware. Check out loan companies with the bbb before proceeding with any information that you provide.
