United Forward Mail Reports & Reviews (34)

I wasn’t even looking to change my address AT ALL but happened to check my bank statement and saw a charge of almost $100. I had to look up the phone number and found out this was a scam. I was able to call the number and get a full refund.

I typed in to my search engine USPS address change , and I got this ! UNITED FORWARD MAIL.I filled it out and my debit got hit for 89.00 ! This website appeared just like the USPS website that I had used in the past! How can I get my money back !

My sister in-law sent me the link to “Postal Address Change Services”. I’m 18, I’ve never had to change my address to now, I didn’t even know there was a scam, it charged my credit card for $89

Sorry to hear this. .I got scammed the same way but luckily I found their contact 8882439731 I called them saying will file a report if don't refund my money . .they said they gonna refund my money

It was not apparent that this was not a government website to change my address. As well, it asked for credit card information and said it was only for validating my identity. Then it charged my card $89.95, which thankfully my bank card declined. Now I'm worried about my credit card information being in this company's coffers.

This is the first option that came up when I typed “Usps change of address”. I just thought it was legit and they never clarified that they were going to charge $89.95! They asked for my credit card to verify my identity (?) and after I naively gave it away they didn’t confirm any transaction, but I received a text congratulating me for the change of address. It seemed tricky then I found this thread and I checked my account and discovered the charge. I felt so stupid but THANK YOU for sharing the phone number to get a refund. Hopefully it works (transaction is still pending) I don’t understand why Google let this ad pages get away with it so easily. Legit USPS is only $1!

Did you get your refund same exact website hit me tonight and I have to pay my 3 month old sons daycare in a few days

I Google change of address to change my address for my temporary move until I find a new place. When I did it I Googled change of address and this was the first that popped up it is not true and I got charged $80 on my account not $1. I called the customer service number that I found and they told me that they could give me back half of what I spend then I went through and complained more so then they ended up giving me 60 of my 80 back

Do You still have this number? I'm struggling to find anything now. All I keep getting is united airlines related stuff.

Almost got scammed now changing card numbers

First of all, shame on Google for putting monetization from ads over the security of its users. There are five scams advertised above the actual USPS site. I picked one link that was advertised as USPS mail forwarding. Looked legit but when I went through the process and entered my payment info I was immediately charged $79.99. There was no where in the process that it said how much they were going to charge me. It literally could have been any amount. The payment entry page just had a next to finalize then said thanks for your request we are processing. No receipt no confirmation email.

United Forward Mail is a fake website pretending to look like the government United States Postal Service. This scam site charges your card 79.95 and does not mention any prices or fees on the website nor email receipt. Was posted on Google search for United States Postal Service Moving Address.

I was just scammed for 79.99 was told my account had to be verified with a $1 charge and they charged $79.99 without my authorization. There is no customer service contact information either.

Call 8882439731 ( found it on a pending charge )

I was going quickly online to change my address for forwarding. I thought this was the legit USPS website, which charges $1, so I thought nothing of putting my card into it. Needless to say I'm out $80. This is a scam. BBB has been notified and my charge is being disputed through the bank.

I was trying to forward my mail through the USPS and this was the first thing that popped up. I was in a hurry so I clicked on it and then I filled out my information and it charged me $80.

Fake scam website looks like USPS, but it is not. Charge over 79.95. Was bamboozled. Going to dispute charge when posted. Will update when completed.

I thought I was on an official USPS site. To change my address this site said it needed my credit card info, just to verify who I was. They did not state any cost or say there was going to be any charges. However, they charged me $79.95.
My bf used the same site to change his address but his bank declined the charge and immediately called him. My credit card company did not notify me, so I immediately called them to stop the charge. This site is a scam. Do not use.

I searched "USPS change of address" via iphone safari. In a hurry, this is the first site to appear and appeared to be what I needed. There was no notice of cost on the site, although I have completed this service in the past for only $1 with the legit USPS. Instead $59.95 was charged to my account, I am still receiving mail at the original address and nothing at new address, and there's no way to contact this business via telephone or email. I made effort to "Contact Us" on their website and no one responds. This is a complete scam/BS business/website and they should be shutdown ASAP. I'm glad I found others who have experienced the same issue as myself because I was going to accept the loss due to the fact that it was my error; however, I will be disputing this charge with the bank.

They charged me $60 to put a change of address in without notifying me of a price. Looked on my bank statement and saw the charge. There is no phone number or address to contact either.

I searched for United States Postal service change of address through my Internet search engine. One of the first sites that came up looked exactly like the U.S.P.S change of address site that I have always used to change my address. I expected to pay $1.50 for the service. Although I did not notice, it said United instead of U.S.P.S. I lost $59.95 to United Mail Forward. They are a fraudulent service. When I checked my credit card app on line, I saw that I had been scammed. TheI website does not have a phone number or address. It had a comment section, which I used, but have not received a response. People needing to forward their mail with the US post office should be aware of this site as fraudulent.
