Don't use them. I thought I was talking to United Airlines because this site came up after I searched United Airlines. This site charged WAY more, and will not refund you. Bad place! BBB should investigate

I tried to call Delta Airlines to add an infant and dog to my upcoming reservation. I apparently did not call the right number. I talked to someone who posed as a Delta employee. This employee new my flight information: who was traveling with me, dates of travel, final destination, etc. They informed me there would be a $140 charge to add an infant to my flight. After giving this person my credit card information and email address, the person I talked to asked me to check my email to confirm the charge for the infant. In my inbox, I found an email from traveloview. The email asked me to respond with a message saying, "I agree to pay this fee" (or something to that effect). I then suspected this may be fraud, and promptly hung up the phone. The person I talked to called back immediately from a different number. I explained that I thought I was being scammed and hung up the phone again. Then, the email from traveloview that I had received disappeared from my inbox. I promptly canceled my credit card and changed the password on my email account. I also called traveloview and asked about what had happened. The person I talked to did not seem surprised I had called and suggested I "think before I talk".

The following information was taken by a BBB employee:

The consumer was booking flights from Detroit to Los Angeles and he thought he was using Expedia. The website redirected him to another site that operates under the name 'Travelo View' and they claim to be located in Eden Prairie, MN. The consumer was originally quoted $726 and the booking agent told him that his tickets would arrive in 24-48 hours. He got his booking confirmation number by email. The travel agent then told him that the original quote was incorrect and requested the consumer to pay an additional $180. The consumer paid the additional $180. The consumer's wife also noted that United Airlines told them this is a scam.

The following information was taken by a ScamPulse.com employee: The consumer was booking flights from Detroit to Los Angeles. He thought hew was using Expedia's booking site, but it was really a company that does business as Travelo View. The travel agent at Travelo View quoted the consumer's flight at $726 and said the tickets would come in 24-48 hours. The consumer said that he received an additional (call/email?) claiming that the tickets costed more than the original quote and that he couldn't have his tickets until he paid an additional $180. The consumer's wife got an email from United saying that it's a scam.
