I been harassed by this guy name Soram from T M Carr MD. He always keeps calling me. 3 bills which is $620, $1176 and $200 and Something. Like I Never Heard Of This Person and I'm Not Paying Anything To A Service I Didn't Receive. Scammers! It Impacted My Credit Score Bad. Like Please Stop This Guy

I've noticed this Charge from TM Carr MD on my credit for some time now. I have been so confused because now its coming through two agencies on my credit report which has a great impact on my credit score. I would like to know how to report this matter?

I just received Charge of $549 for credit management that IS FRAUDULENT! THAT WAS NOT ME! PLEASE PLEASE STOP THESE THIEVES ACE CATCH THEM BECAUSE THIS CAN AFFECT MY CREDIT TREMENDOUSLY! Scammers!

I just received 2 "collection" letters from this person, or what appeared to be this person. After reading the letters more closely, I saw that this was supposedly for services at a Medical Center in Memphis, TN. I have NEVER been to Memphis for "medical services/ER services, nor for any other reason! (Although I have always wanted to go to Graceland!😁) I find it disgusting that there are people out there who do this kind of thing; who prey on people, creating fear and using intimidation for their own gain. At this point, I am not sure how to proceed; the letters ask, "How do you want to respond?" And, include a silly little form saying that I can "dispute" the debt! Of course I dispute this debt - I've never been anywhere near Memphis, for ER services, or otherwise! The amount on my 2 "letters" is over $1700.00! How do we go about having these people arrested and/or held accountable, and brought to an end? And, how can they report these to the credit bureaus, when they are not even a legitimate business? I will pursue this by first reporting it to my local Sheriff's Department, and proceed from there.

I have never had services from this man. He has sold false credit claims of 539.00 over to Avante which is housed in Texas. These are my objectives:
1. Inquire about date of service
2. Get in touch with attorney
3. Get this hashed out and get this medical group under investigation for criminal activity
My credit score took a massive dive. I can no longer think about moving my family or myself. I never received patient portal information or mail. The systems that they use at Baptist is Epic and over at Methodist are Cerner/McKesson. If I find out that they also claim that this Thomas M Carr does not also exist in their system for me as I claim, then this will escalate into a MASSIVE lawsuit for emotional damages and for medical identity theft and fraud. I have read the sorrows and complaints of others over the web. The time is now to put this to an end, and I plan on getting to the bottom of this.

Update. Reported to TransUnion, TransUnion called Avante, where this was sold over to. Apparently, Avante said this debt was real, and so TransUnion, informed me of this. I go and do more research. Apparently, An Environment called "Sound" bought out TM Carr MD PC Practice, because Dr. Carr is retired. And "Sound" did a mass sell off under TM CARR MD PC name for everyone who had debt/etc. With that said, I never did get a letter in the mail for a bill that Avante was telling TransUnion I owed. Henceforth, TransUnion was "nice" enough to clear this debt, and Avante is not after me anymore. I truly believe this is what most folks are dealing with. My Primary Care Physician was also able to verify this. It is "Sound" that is doing this to you, not TM Carr MD PC, like we are being led to believe. "Sound" is also using TM Carr MD PC, like it says in this picture/description which should be criminal activity. "Sound" needs to be the one looked at, not TM Carr MD PC.

Long story short. It looks like "Sound" sold old debts without billing anyone, claimed 50$ for a 500$ price tag on your debt per person and put it under TM CARR MD PC, making it look like the Dr. did this to you and not "Sound". Class action lawsuit needs to happen against "Sound". If anything, folks should have been billed for a debt owed, that courtesy was not given to us/them. Secondly, it should have been stated that "Sound" was doing this. I have been told over and over that Dr. Carr was not this kind of person to sell off debt without billing first. If this is true, "Sound" needs to pay the piper for all the damages. Thank you.

I actually received service in Methodist ER on 8-17-19 the ER facility claim was paid, but this TM Carr claim was submitted incorrectly, and they were told by Medicare to resubmit the claim correctly. Instead they gave it to collections. Now there in no one in Memphis who will give an accurate phone number to speak with TM Carr billing to straighten this mess out! Now my credit suffers thur no fault of mine! This is a scam!

Recieved a bill from a supposed bill collector call ONLINE Information Services the other day. It was attempting to collect a debt for a Dr. TM Carr MD PC who supposedly works for the Memphis area Methodist North Hospital. I didn't recognize the name so I tried to contact the company and only got an automated payment message to have credit card ready. The bill of $558.00 was supposed to be for Jan. 2021 Services rendered in the ER at Methodist North in Memphis. My wife and I were in the ER at some point but nearly a year after the stated date on the collection letter. I checked the Methodist hospital staff and there is no record of a Dr TM Carr on their staff. I further started looking at scammer websites and his name appears often from people who received bills and even had their credit records attached.

BEWARE OF ONLINE INFORMATION SERVICES COLLECTING ON BEHALF OF TM CARR MD PC!

I have disputed 3 claims. I have no idea who this dr is. I have 3 claims for the same exact amount, all different dates. I've been there several times & seen both men & women but never a Dr. Carr I need this off my credit!

I visited Methodist north at the direction of my supervisor regarding an On the Job injury(COVID exposure) A nurse took my blood pressure and then I was told I could not be tested. I left that day having never seen a Dr or having been admitted. I am now receiving collection notices from Dr TM Carr with Methodist health care. I’ve provided his office and collection agency contact information for my employer and the paperwork showing this to be OJI. This is getting ridiculous.

I have no idea who this person or persons is never met or seen them in my life . I was checking my credit score and found their name on my files asking for $697 for what I dont know anyway I called Methodist south hospital the place where this person claimed to have seen me on the date 0615/2020 which I haven't been in a while I talked to several people about the surprisingly account they have no knowledge of the account or the doctor .

Keep getting charges on my credit from this doctor and I have disputed them multiple times. It’s always taken off my credit but they keep coming back. $1100, $1500. This is fraud! I’m so sick of calling these people & disputing these charges that do not exist!

It appears that this person is making fraudulent medical claims using my personal information gained through some illegal means. I am active duty military and was no where near Memphis (where this hospital exists). All of my medical is paid for through Tricare and this was not even attempted through Tricare. This is a total fraud. If you look at his WbMD profile, there are many others like me. I received a collections notice stating I owed 655.00. The collection notice appears to be valid, but the services are not. This needs to be investigated.
