Placed an order 1/23/20 @Thundershop.org and never received it. Purchase was in the amount of $43.38..Tried reaching out to them several times for a refund, to no avail. They're scammers that need to be charged and prosecuted.

I ordered products online in December 2019. I sent them several emails. Initially blamed delivery delays due to overwhelming orders for holidays. It has been 6 months and the have removed the website and email so I can't reach anyone. SCAM

I purchased a dog bed in February 2020. I received an email confirmation for the order which said I would receive further notification once the order has been shipped.

I’ve emailed the address provided multiple times between February and June to get an update on the status of the order. They have all been “undeliverable” and returned to me.

The links to review my order and to visit their site no longer work and now give me an error message.

Thunder Labs had an ad on Facebook selling N95 masks back in February 2020. I ordered 3 & got a confirmation email. That was the last communication from them. I have tried emailing 3 times & they do not respond. Since then website has been removed from Facebook & the internet.

Antonio Lievano can be found on Instagram with the username @antonio

Ordered two N95 masks for myself and my 80yo mother at the beginning of March, 2020. Paid appx $51.00. Was notified by e-mail that they had received my order and that in would take about 4 - 6 weeks for delivery and that I would get another e-mail when my order shipped that would include the tracking info. It is now May 14, 2020 and we have not heard another word from them and have not received the masks we ordered. For someone to blatantly SCAM people (especially high-risk people) who are buying items from his website in an attempt to save their lives during a pandemic, is absolutely DISGUSTING! This man should be hunted down and punished in the most severe manner for what he has done to so many people and didn't even think twice about doing it!

Thunder Labs ie. Thundershop.org had numerous pop-up ads offering facemasks, however once ordered and charged to your card, the order never went beyond "confirmed," inquiries were never responded to and the website eventually closed without the order being processed or shipped. Reporting both here and through my credit card.

I was looking for the special N95 masks their site popped up on facebook. I ordered two masks totaling $45.28. I received a confirmation and after many weeks I wrote to the company and they said that delay was caused by China. It has now been three months and I checked the parent companies website and it is no longer active!

This company had Facebook ads for items like the one I purchased which was a space-like projecting night light for a room. The cost was around 32.00 plus tax and "expedited shipping" for 9.99. The total I paid them was 45.00. The website stated they were very busy and it would take 4-6 weeks for shipping. While you shop on this site, there are many others also buying , or so it seemed. On the side window showed a constant flow of first names of people whom just purchased one of their products. This was to make it look real I suspect. After 7 weeks or so, still no email saying my item had been shipped, so I went on FB again only to see all their reviews were identical complaints to my situation. When I commented on the FB page of this company that"maybe the Feds should get involved", POOF, now the website is gone...... That must have jarred them I suppose. So please beware of Thunder Labs or Thunder Store !!

Ordered (2) lights via a FB pop up ad in the amount of ~$67 total (paid via PayPal) on 1/27/19; it's now 3/30 with no update(s), no product(s) received, or notifications. Several attempts to follow up (no contact number provided anywhere, only email), with no response. Going to pursue refund/credit back through bank or PayPal; apparently I'm one of several people complaining of the same issue; definitely a SCAM.
