Why are they still getting away with this?

I order 11/03/20. Found them on Facebook. Since then I have been getting no where with them. Called them only to get a response to, email them. Now no response at all from them. There must be something we can do, other wise this will happen again to someone else. Soooo stupid! Every email I see here is what happened to me also.

I order leggings and a tank for my wife on July 12th 2020, and never received the item. I’ve contacted them five times in three months and each time they assure me that I will receive my item soon, but I never do and I have never gotten any shipping info from them either. On the third time I contacted them, they said my order was “lost” in the mail and they were resending, and well didn’t get that either. Do not do business with whoever these people are!
Wish I could get a refund.

I was supposed to get a sunflower hoodie and pants (sweatsuit) I ordered the item May 8, 2020 reached out and someone or an automated system, James says my order got lost in the mail and I will receive it within 3-5 business days. This was sent to me July 22, 2020...It’s now August 4, 2020! This is ridiculous!

I ordered from them on March the mama bear sun flower out fit it never came contacted them they said it was a mailing issue and they would replace it it has never came I want my money back

I ordered this on March got today you aren't missing anything it's [censored] quality it looks like the material they use to make children's Halloween costumes like superhero capes It's extremely small size. Xl would maybe fit someone who wears size 0- 3 in America. Cutout In back is twisted up ugly bullcrap. My arm doesn't even fit in leg of pants.

I ordered something from thestarfishstore.com after a month I emailed asking whats going on with the package they said it got lost and they are choosing to resend the order to fix the problem and send an email when shipped it would be 3-5 days. After the 3-5 days I asked what was going on and they no longer answer my emails and the customer service number disconnects you immediately. My husband had tried to contact them and they sent one email saying they would fix it and then stopped responding to his emails as well. Its been over 2 months please help

I’ve made a purchase on this website in April. It is now the end of June and I haven’t received my order. I have tried to contact via phone but it goes to voicemail during business hours and outside of them. Communication has been through email. They have said several times my package should be here in a few days but nothing has been delivered. Upon checking tracking there hasn’t been movement from its destination. I’ve asked for my money back but they give me the run around and don’t want to provide me the amount I spent. I even told them if received I’ll mail it back because the customer service seems robotic and I don’t care for the items. It was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift for me my mom and sister but I have already purchased other items and would like my money back. Because of so many failed attempts and showing they have been reported several times I do believe I may be out of $100 with this company and they should be shut down due to poor service and scamming people out of their money

I ordered a sunflower mama bear set over 2 months ago. I have an email saying it shipped but looking at tracking information it says still in china. No one will respond to emails either.

Bought a blanket over two months ago and I still haven’t received it or a tracking number. They have gave excuses after excuses each different every time, they claim they can’t refund my money.

I ordered my girlfriend a tank top and legging outfit. It's been almost a month and I haven't received anything not even a tracking number or email. The only thing I have proof of is where they took $30.20 off my card. This is some bull [censored] and I want my money back ASAP

I ordered a tank top/legging mam bear sunflower outfit and i ordered it March 15th I also paid for express shipping all together I paid 42 dollars and some change. Still haven't received my item but received an email months ago that the item was on the way. I've emailed asking for a refund because I've also moved from the place I was and I get nothing back. This is ridiculous how are they continuing to take our money and nothing is happening

I ordered the sunflower legging/tank top set as well. I ordered it on Feb19th. Today is May 13th. It's been exactly 12 weeks today. TWELVE WEEKS since I ordered the items. Supposedly it shipped on March 26th. Like really, it takes over a month just to ship? They have responded twice by email. First one gave a tracking link, which showed it was still in China and "preparing to ship". The link to the website said the website no longer exists. The second email, recieved today, says "Hey K,

I am sorry to inform you but I just received an update that there is some issue with the tracking system.

However, your order has been shipped from our warehouse and currently is in transit.

The Expected delivery will be next few days,

Please feel free to contact me if you need any further information."

I have told them in a series of about 6-7 emails that I don't want the item, I want a refund, and they're a scam. They choose not to respond.

I'm definitely pissed at this bull[censored] site, but even more so, I'm pissed at Facebook for continuing to allow fake, bull[censored] scam ads.

Purchased some items ,waited for over 4 weeks, Phoned,no answer,emailed,no answer, and others are getting scammed still.

I ordered a sun flower leggings and shirt a couple of weeks ago and never received a tracking number or anything email I tried called the place and it only rings one time the goes to a busy signal I would like to have my 35.00$ back this is bs.

I purchased a sunflower yoga set for my daughter in February. It is now the end of April and I still have not received the merchandise. I contacted this company via email. I was told the order was lost in transit & they were sending out a new order. I then received an email stating my order had been shipped but no shipping info. They stole $65 of my money!

Same store as the rest from what i can tell its a fake site. It took my money. And wont give any response to email text or phone. Even the arrive app it tells me to download doesn't help because they never gave me a tracking number .. Im so mad and sad that the first time i decide to get something for myself it turns out to be a scam.

Order was placed 2/18 for clothing, after approximately two weeks, order was not received. Emailed company, response received was -lost in the mail. We will resend. A week later still nothing. Contacted again, still have not received, tracking hyperlink does not work, provided a new one that shows the item has never left China!!! Business comes off as domestic not international. Have emailed again with no response at this time

I’ve reached out to this company multiple times with no response. They took my money and never gave me a tracking number or anything. The confirmed my order and went ghost. Please save your money do not get scammed by these people!

I purchased two legging and tank top suits on the 17th and still have not received any tracking information from my order. I spent $75 all together. I’ve sent about 2 or 3 emails and tried to contact customer service but was unable to get through. I would just like a tracking number of some sort please.

I ordered a sunflower necklace that says keep [censored]ing going inside over a month ago and still haven’t received it! Reached out through email and keep getting bull[censored] excuses about technical issues and my tracking has said out for delivery and I never received it.

I’ve sent them about 3 emails with no response and spent nearly $75 on my order. I’m getting real worried I’m about to file a complaint. I haven’t received any tracking number or any other information.
