Anyways went on google hangouts and a man named Takis Spiliopoulos messaged me and sounded like an offer a person would LOVE, $35 an hour full time with paid benifits and a laptop, they'd pay for all the equipment. I was weary after messaging back and forth for a bit when he made me wait 10 minutes to "consult with his team" about my "employment". So I then got hired with no other information besides the information they already had which was my email and phone number. They sent me a letter of employment this morning, and I asked them where they got my application because on indeed I didn't apply to that company but they said Indeed and then I went ahead and asked more questions and after saying i'm not giving my personal information out without a phone interview etc they stopped messaging me entirely.

I am having the same experience as we speak, Same exact questions. I am to call in this morning at 8 a.m. My salary amount is $45.56, with a $200 bonus. The fact that they left me for 5 to 10 minutes to discuss it with the hiring partners. But his name was Max Chuard , Chief Executive Officer. And why wouldn't the Human Resources be handling this matter. After reading everyone's experiences, I blocked this person from my phone, and from Zoom. I have had two other experiences like this and I hope that these people get caught.

I had one like this before and the person said they were from CareerBuilder and that a company was trying to reach me to interview and told me to download WhatsApp for the interview and to save the interviewers contact information to my contacts and then send them a message. I decided to go along with it for the time being and I sent the person a message and they said the interview would take place right that second, in my mind I’m saying proper companies would schedule the interview not throw it on you in seconds. Then in the interview the information they gave you made the job sound incredible but definitely unlikely and towards the end they said, “what bank do you use so we can make sure our company works with them?” I said absolutely not I’m not giving that information out and they said “well if your not comfortable giving your primary banking information then what about a different one.” I then told them that they were a scam and if they did scam someone they should ashamed of themselves because there are too many people in this world that are currently suffering after losing their jobs from Coronavirus and they are taking advantage of their desperation. They stop commenting after that.
