This company advertises 100% satisfaction or your money back guaranteed. I have emails their support line since May and keep getting the same response from them. The same exact email response. This is truly a scam. Attached is copies of numerous emails since May10. They continue saying the same thing. They are working on the refund.

I ordered a 5 pack of underwear on Feb 21st. It's Mar 4th and the tracking number provided still shows "unknown" on the tracking website. The seller claims it's just a mistake on the part of the shipper and to just keep being patient.
