I saw an ad on Facebook about Returned Balsam Hill Christmas trees for sale. They used pics of the original trees. I should have known better because of the price! My credit card was charged and the tree never came so I emailed them. They proceeded to stall by giving a tracking number. When I checked the number it showed delivered somewhere in PA. I live in MS . So i started emailing them and kept getting “please wait patiently” This started on March 3 and is still going on 7,17,2023.

Product, an embroidery machine, was ordered March 1,2023. I made 2 phone call attempts 447 578 045383.. No one was available to take call. I emailed 3 times asking about my purchase. Mailer-Daemon received 2 times. Emailed again and threatened to turn them over to ScamPulse.com and my bank. Received reply about getting a tracking number in 3 to 5 days. Received the tracking number on April 7, 2023. Saying product was delivered on 3-13-23. It was not delivered.

The tracking number was an invalid number. 94055092055685821599622.

The amount of money for this product was $49.99. No other action by this entity was done on my account. They used false phone number, delay tactics for tracking number. Post office checked the tracking number. Suspected false number. Please mark them as scammers.

They were advertising a ice maker and after I paid my hard earned money I noticed they took to long to send me my order but immediately deducted the payment asap!! They keep sending me excuses and I want to report them and get my money back!
