Bought Christmas item through step2-outlet-store. As soon as my payment went through and the "receipt " showed [email protected] as the recipient...I knew I was his latest sucker! Im currently arguing my case with paypal as they seem to enable this criminal. Especially already knowing there have been complaints against this site. Like I told PayPal, this person is literally taking candy from a baby!

So I saw an add on facebook for some outdoor toys that we have been thinking about getting for our daughter as her birthday was coming up. The website looked to be a real page. I had ordered a water table a swing set a baby swing and a picnic table. the total came to 112.00. They took out 118.00 and instead of getting the things i ordered they sent me FAKE RAY BAN SUNGLASSES. I’ve tried to email the original confirmation email they told me i had to email the email address on the website I tried and the email doesn’t work. So after i got a shipping email I had emailed that email address. I been fighting with them for my money back for about 2 weeks and they will only give me 50% of my money back unless I pay the shipping to send the sunglasses back all so they can tell me that they never received them and I’ll be out even more money. Not to add they were sebt from china

This is a fake website claiming to sell discounted Step 2 toys. I bought three outdoor toys and was sent some fake Ray Bans.

I clicked on a Facebook ad for Step 2 items and bought $100 worth of merchandise. The website was very realistic but I should have known that the prices were too good to be true. I started to get suspicious when I kept getting tracking information from a Chinese site and the original website was no longer accessible. STEP 2 prides itself on being Made in the USA so to get updates from a Chinese website makes me feel like I've been scammed. I don't even know how to deal with this. I feel like I just have to accept that I lost $100.

This website advertises toddler toys from the brand Step2 for a fraction of the cost. They advertise as a clearance website. I did not get a confirmation email from my purchase and my card statement is charged at Thankmilitaryfamilies.

This is a facebook scam, when you click the link it takes you to a page that looks almost identical to the normal Step 2 toys page. However there are little differences. DONT SEND MONEY. They even give you a tracking number and everything.

I received an ad for this website, thinking it was the actual brand name Step2, but at a sale price. I ordered from them, the email confirmation they sent me looked odd. I then tried to email them with the email address provided on the webpage and it said failure to send. Then I attempted to email the email on my confirmation and it told me to email the company from the web page. Plus it told me my total was $84, however through my back outs charging me $87 due to “exchange rate”,

Online Facebook ad popped up in my feed. I clicked on the link and saw items that I was interested in. The site looked really legit. I thought the items were on end of season clearance to make room for new seasonal items. I couldn't use PayPal so I was a apprehensive to use my actual credit card number (i should have stopped then). I had ordered a kids playhouse but a pair of sunglasses were sent to me. The shipped won't refund my money unless I ship the unwanted item back.
