Absolute scam

Terrible terrible terrible company. Contacted them with information to purchase a puppy and the person i spoke with was very rude and pushy and demanding for money. When asked if I could see the dog in person before paying they said no and that a $500 deposit would be required. After being pushed to process payment I did a bit more research and found that this company is a complete scam. They will take your initial $700...then ask for more money for insurance and will not ship the dog. Please do not go through this company as it is a complete scam. Do a google search for the company and you will see nothing but scam stories.

10/17/2020 I pay $800 over zelle named Fedrick Lantwe, he said he gonna ship the puppy the same day, 3am he called me and say need a $1,450 for insurance of the puppy, then I realize somethings wrong. I check all the website and cargo there is nothing at all. Don’t get fooled like me.. how they will get payed of what they do. They don’t have a heart.. we work hard to earn that money.

Searching to adapt a puppy for my family...found Smart American Bullies Home...entered my contact info...a few hours later someone emailed me and got a call...I ask about the puppy that was available...he told me to make a payment for $650 and the puppy will be deliver...he never mentioned any of the other fee...like delivery fee or any kind of extra fee...then I received an email stating that there's a life insurance pet fee for protection of the puppy for amount $1450 and it will be refunded once the package is delivered....I made that payment then another email came in from the delivery department saying that there's a fee for crate air conditioning and for protection from covid 19 for another $1450 that would be also refunded...I told the owner that I dont have anymore to give and then he was willing to pay more than half of the second fee then I will pay the rest of the balance...I try to contact him and ask him about canceling the purchase and to get refund back...but he keep insisting to pay the balance so the puppy will be delivery...he said also that the puppy was on the way to Colorado for check up to make sure the puppy is healthy....also received an email from logistic delivery to make the payment...so at this time I'm feeling weird about the situation so I tried to cancel the purchase and ask for my money back and never heard anything back...so I'm loosing my $ and cant cancel my payment or get refunded...Hope that this company will get caught of the wrong doing..I believe in Karma...dont be fooled like I did..just wanted to have a family dog for my son.

I told the owner that I don't have anymore to give and then he was willing to pay more than half of the fee then I will pay the rest of the balance. I try to contact him and ask him about canceling the purchase and to get refund back, but he keep insisting to pay the balance so the puppy will be delivery. So at this point I'm feeling weird about the situation so I tried to cancel the purchase and ask for my money back but they only say pay the insurance fee. So I lost my 65oEuros and can't cancel my payment or get refunded. Hope that this company will get caught of the wrong doing.I really believe in Karma. I hope nobody else get fooled like I did.
