I got ripped off by shihtzubliss.com also for 850. They also tried to rip me off for more through a fake shipping company called citizenshippers.net but luckily I final caught on. In my research these guys have been operating for years. Somebody needs to do something about them.

There are NO PUPPIES. Just a few con artists with really good websites who are good at convincing you that the Puppy Master is a Godly man and you will get your puppy once you pay him. Not only do you not get your puppy , but you get a call from his fake shipping nanny transport company called Citizen Shippers. net who claims they will not fly the puppy until you give them 1300 for a special COVID crate. But they will .... give you 95% back in CASH by the two nannies who are "flying" with this massive crate on the airlines to greet you for your $175 transport fee and the nannies will "Pay" you back. The Puppy Master even had the nerve to tell me to send pictures with the new puppy once we got him! Sicko!!!! These 2 companies are all over the internet as scammers and the more people who report them the better.

We were looking for a puppy for my brother and his family . This place goes by Shih Tzu bliss , or by Bliss Teacup Paradise , or by teacup shihtzu paradise . Filled out the contact is form . The “owner” emailed back and then texted my phone by the number listed . We have minimum 15 emails back and forth . Kept asking the owner for their proof of validity as a breeder and guarantee . Kept avoiding answering the question . Then got rude demanding a payment through Zelle cash app , Apple Pay, or google pay only . I asked for Venmo or PayPal since I felt more comfortable . The owner said no. I sent the phone number to my brother and his family to look into . He has Zelle and I asked him to make sure these people are legitimate. The puppy he wanted was a Bindy from the website . The phone number texted me pics and sent me an email of a video of the puppy , but wouldn’t answer any questions about them or the puppy guarantee. Paid $500, and then the phone number and email wouldn’t work anymore . Was blocked off . Tried calling the bank and reporting the web site to no avail . The number given won’t respond or refund me the $500. I just tried the number and Email from shihtzu bliss and someone actually responded and was extremely rude . I asked for my

Money back and then was blocked immediately . This is a compete scam . I want my money back . This site needs to be reported and shut down and the feds need to go after them .
