I saw an advertisement on TikTok for a bodysuit on Shapewind. I looked them up on Google and found them. I purchased a bodysuit and was told it would take around a month. A month passed and I received no shipment, and upon looking at the tracking information it said it was in the same place as a month prior. I reached out to support and they said it should be delivered in a couple days. I gave it another week and a half, in which the shipment still didn’t arrive. I reached back out asking for a refund since it seems the package has been lost and I no longer need the item. It has been over a week since that email was sent and I have had no contact by them.
