I was looking for a magazine for a rifle I own. The company that made the rifle went out of business. Smith and Wesson bought them out, then closed the company. Any parts for any gun that the company made is no longer available. The email for the site is listed as

[email protected]

Which your form will not let me fill out I feel that should be fixed because it is what is listed even though it may not be valid. I didn’t believe the site was real first it asks for a gift card not a credit card for payment then I called the number listed and it’s a health care number. I was not scammed because I am careful who I purchase from but other people may fall for it I hope they can be found and prosecuted or atleast shut down so other people don’t get scammed by them. Even though I know they probably have more than just that site up or will start another site when shut down . Have a good year Thank you

Lost $500 off my secure spend card
Raniersec

Buyer Beware, This is a Fraudulent company 'raniersec.com', I thought I made a Purchase of some hard to find ammo and instead I was Robbed.

Don't make this mistake, tell your friends, spread the word about these cyber-criminals, the business needs to be shut down but like roaches they will find a way to survive.

I should have known from these two statements (and more) however I was Fooled for $200 [No E-Mail Receipt, no Tracking Info, and my account disappeared after a week & couldn't log on]

The Payment Method “Vanilla Gift Card. DO NOT PUT A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD HERE IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. FIND OUT WERE TO BUY THE CARD ONLINE AT WWW.VANILLAGIFT.COM”

-And-

The 'Contact Us' statement should have been another warning = “As a reminder this is just our mailing address incase you need to return a package or send a mail only. There is no office there or warehouse. Our warehouses are kept discrete for security reasons”

Company asks you to pay with Vanilla Visa money card or Amazon prepaid card. They say you can also buy crypto currency and they’ll walk you through it. Do not buy from this company. Many people have been scammed.

Ordered over $200.00 in ammunition that was listed on their web site. I had to use a Vanilla gift card of which I purchased a $300.00 card.

Order went through with no problem and I received a confirmation nr and an approximate delivery date. Everything looked good. I went to Wallmart this morning to finish using the Vanilla gift card and purchase amount wouldn't go through. I went home and checked the card on the Vanilla Visa site and found that my card had been emptied of the full amount of $300.00. I tried calling the number listed for help and found that it was a fake nr.

I found this company on a google search looking for hunting ammo. They offer very low prices and free shipping. They do not accept credit cards. Only forms of payment they accept are Bitcoin, Amazon Gift Card and Vanilla Gift Cards. Once I placed the order, there was never a confirmation sent. I started getting suspicious and tried multiple times to contact them. You will only get a 'busy' signal on the phone. No email response back. I contacted Vanilla Gift Card company and the $200 Gift card had been emptied except for .52. My order total was for $195.30. I filed a dispute with Vanilla Gift Card, will have to wait and see if they will refund my lost funds to this Scam Website.

Did you get a refund? I just got scammed as well!

Business lists significant price savings for products and asks for Vanilla Gift Card payments due to reduced taxes. They then use the gift card information to use for themselves.

Made the online purchase, paid with bitcoin. Never received a confirmation on purchase or online receipt. Called several times even though listed phone number is not in service. Have sent 2-3 messages on their website without response, and sent 2-3 email and received no response. It has been 2 weeks, no delivery, no money, and no response from vender.

Purchased a shotgun online $210using their preferred method of payment of Vanillai gift card. Purchased gift card for $225. Created an account per instructions. 2 days later tried to contact for status and found 2 of phone numbers listed were disconnected. Opened my account to learn my payment was accepted. Checked gift card balance to find $0 balance.

After further investigation online that this company is a total SCAM!

Firearms and Firearm related products never shipped or delivered as promised. Customer support is non existent (most likely a fake number or one setup on something that can never be answered). Does not have an approved FFL license nor a legitimate business license to operate in Alaska.

This site sells its products and requires the payment to be with a specific reloadable debit card. You will not receive your items and they will then purchase personal items with your card.

I ordered reloading supplies from this gun store. The first time I ordered I used my bank credit card. I got a terse email back from them saying they only took Vanilla Gift Cards. I ordered $114.54 from them. I bought a $200 Vanilla gift card. I sent them the details the next day which was April 29. I never received my order even though it was supposed to ship within 2-3 days. Tonight I decided to check the Vanilla Card to see if they had taken the payment. To my surprise the Card was at $0 even though I hadn't used it except for that purchase. When I looked at the charges they were all to clothing companies or Apple. I called Vanilla Card but they said they couldn't help. In investigating online, I find that this is a scam operation with many people getting ripped off the same way.

Site requires specific gift card or crypto currency to make online purchase. Once order placed/payment made, no emails or phone calls are returned, and their phone is shut down. Lost approximately $100 (gift card).

This is a scam, no one to talk to, they take your Information and buy other products

https://www.raniersec.com/ is a known fraudulent website that "sells" guns. They only take bitcoin or gift card. The prices were very low and suspicious. They take your money but never send the gun. The address they provide is an office building thats for lease. The number is also not theirs.

Do your research! If you feel off about it, Google it. This website is known in the gun industry according to the Google search I did.

Website (online store) seemed legit and convincing. Products appeared to be in stock and available. Customer service chat was very helpful. Retrospect RED FLAG: This business disclosed up front that credit/debit cards were not accepted. To keep prices low, transactions would only be processed via pre-paid credit cards, such as those purchased by Vanilla Gift cards or Amazon Gift Cards. I placed my order and received an confirmation order #. After several days, I tried to submit an inquiry regarding order/shipping status and was completely ignored. No response. I signed in to my Vanilla Gift Card account to check for a remaining balance and noticed many strange and unfamiliar transactions that had all been authorized on my two gift cards over the course of the previous few days (online purchases from many different stores). I called the gift card customer service to put a stop on the card am I'm in the process of disputing the transactions.

Ordered shotgun ammo. Website appears professional. Legit appearingsales help. Good prices. Ordered march 11. No confirmation email or reply to request for tracking status. Later to find others with no receipt of priduct and gift card number used for ebay and paypal purchases

Advertised merchandises at very low prices, and con customers to pay for them using "vanilla gift cards." The gift cards were quickly spent on Walmart and other stores.

They ask you to pay with debit gift cards from vanillagift.com. You can track the transactions on the gift card. When I looked up my card number, the money was spent on 3/24/21, 3:24 PM at Clinique - O2001AD82C5A, a couple days after my supposed purchase on their website.

It's a scam website. I don't know why it hasn't been taken down yet, but it seems to have been up long enough to scam many people.
