This website is a complete scam, I placed an order and immediately reached out to the fake company via email asking them to cancel my "pending order" and of course they got back to me days later implying that it had shipped already, which was a lie. Days later, they instead shipped out a .99 cent item that I did not purchase, Ive reached via email a few times asking for my refund and they said it would be processed in 3-5 days but that never happened.

Here's what you do, guys. You have to file a complaint with your bank and demand a chargeback. They will ask you the nature of the purchase, but bite the bullet through the sexual nature of your purchase- in fact, just be as detailed and explicit as you can be- and eventually your bank will help you win your money back, so long as you've tried to call and email.. which of course the calls go unanswered and the emails get an automated response, am I right? After repeated chargebacks, these [censored] will lose their merchant payment processor, and after so many losses, the ground will disintegrate beneath them and they can't take payments. And I'm willing to bet you won't buy from someone like them again, so even if they change their name, or alter their prices by even 100 bucks, their scam will become self-combustible. BUT YOU HAVE TO LODGE THE CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR BANK, and be specific. You will get your money back, and these scammers will be bit in the D.

I made an order of 85$ everything seemed fine went like normal websites and got a tracking number for my package. Everything seemed legit until I got one small cheap package when I should have gotten a box. Email them got a reply saying they had problems with their system and I will get a refund in 3-7 business days. Its was around Christmas time and things happen so I understood and I replaced my order only this time i made a few changes and my second order was 125$ worth. Got my mail today and again i got a small singular package instead of a box. I sent another email (first time was in the day the second time was 1am) same person same response within a couple minutes. The response emails was exactly the same said I can keep what was sent and I would get a refund that a Sarah will get in touch within 2 days. None of this happened it seemed like it had to be a scam looked it up and found this page. In total I spent over 210$ and a month waiting on wrong packages

Ordered $138 sex doll and only sent me a tiny little tongue toy only worth a $1. Tried to cancel order before shipped but as soon I put in cancel order they sent email saying it already shipped. They need to be shut down!

Like everyone else I made several purchases. I am an artist and planned to use several dolls in displays in place of standard mannequins. All seemed well but then I began getting tiny parcels in the mail. BECAUSE THEY SENT FRAUD ITEMS VIA US MAIL, this constitutes US MAIL FRAUD so I urge everyone to go to USPS and file a mail fraud claim. Also PAYPAL or credit card purchasers also can file a fraud/scam claim via buyer protection. IF YOU SPENT OVER $500.00 you can contact the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and file an online complaint. Doing this sort of thing during covid crises is really bad and they should pay.

Recently order a sexy torso Becky doll from prideful colors website for 54.94. They sent me a piece of lip stick. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone from there costumer supposed team but no one will answer the phone or email me back. This website is a scam and should be removed from the internet before they can take someone else’s money.

Website is supposedly offering adult toys (xxx) dolls and accessories at a fair/discounted price. The website looks legit has promo codes, paypal, safe and secure payment methods, customer reviews, I even checked the BBB website and it is there with a number of reviews that are 100% exactly the same and sadly the reviews detail exactly what I have experienced as well. Ordered on line paid 142.00 and some change for 3 items they sent me a email confirmation saying payment and order were received and that I'd be notified when package was shipped with a email that included shipping tracking # sure enough I received the email which includes an itemized inventory of product being shipped along with a receipt/invoice and tracking # as well as a great big thanks and a link to contact customer service if I had any questions or issues so I felt pretty confident that my items were indeed on the way. I have usps tracking downloaded so I was instantly notified when the tracking # was entered into usps system it was picked up on florida arrived at post office in Westminster and supposedly dropped off on the 24th (Christmas Eve) however I received a small 9 inch 4oz envelope with a small rubber sex stimulation toy which was not anywhere on the order I was to receive I was offered the option of receiving a free gift when I initially ordered if shipping was paid however I declined and proceeded to checkout. I'm assuming the item I received is the free gift offered that I declined . In short I've tried to contact the customer service dept, I've emailed and received automated email responses I have sent text messages also resulting in automated responses and I've called only to be transferred to a supposed dept which says all of our customer service agents are helping other customers but your call will be answered in order received ple[censored]d for the next available associate then a beep which is a answering machine. I have yet to speak with an actual person. I contacted usps and was informed that they would need a tracking# for each processed item and there is only one item on the tracking # which was for a 4oz envelope I have no other tracking # the invoice shows 3 items being shipped with said tracking # the item I received is nowhere on the invoice. I am now left to expect that I will not be receiving items ordered and promised as I was not given any other shipping or tracking information and the invoice clearly states that 3 items were supposed to be shipped with the 1tracking # but I received a 2inch piece of vibrating plastic which was never ordered or even mentioned in any emails or invoice but it arrived shipped with the tracking # my actual 3 items that were supposed to come . I am going to continue to try and speak with a live person as well as email and message as many times as it takes to either receive a refund or get what I paid $142.00 for.

I ordered an item from their website which they addressed to the wrong address. After paying $15 to the USPS to intercept the package so I could pick it up at the post office I found out that it's not even what I ordered not even anywhere close. I also had paid $7.95 for shipping for a free item for being a new customer which did arrive to my address but was not what was chosen as the free gift. Basically I received about $5 worth of products that I didn't even order and paid $60 and I can't get a hold of them to get a refund or I could send the items back and probably never see anything out of it. It's a scam. I've got all the documentation that shows what I ordered and what I paid and what I received was a joke.

Call your bank, they will investigate it and return your money as long as they find you were scamed. Don't let these people get away with this. I'm so glad I asked Google if Prideful Colors was legit before I purchased anything. Sorry for you all.

They will not return your money
But if you make a fraud claim with your bank, the bank will stop payment or make them return the money but in the mean time the bank returns your money to you. BBB is always a good idea.
