I sent Prestige mineral and Gems a sample to analyze they stole my money my sample ,they package was usps verified , I called the guy was a smart [censored] he's a con the company is a sham do not do business with con they we'll steal your money

Good Afternoon. I am the owner of the company and just came across this. I wanted to take the chance to defend our local family business as we have an excellent reputation here in Colorado and never in our over 10 years of business have we every done anything like what this gentleman is referring to. My customer service manager involved me in every step of the interactions with this individual who was extremely rude screaming at my staff and making claims that were simply untrue. They never actually made payment. We think they placed an order with a completely different company and tried to explain to him that we never had an order in our system or payment mailed in and that we never received the package. The tracking the individual provided was him sending a package to a different state. None of this makes sense, and sometimes no matter how kind and patient you can be with a customer lying to you and screaming at your staff, you just can't make them happy. We have over 50,000 extremely happy customers and honestly have never had a complaint like this. We are shocked and wish things could be different. We can assure you that the claims made here are untrue, and we promise that we really did try with this guy.

This company is selling dirt they claim contains gold and other precious metals, after panning the dirt the gold was so minute there was barely enough to register. Upon further investigation the company is seems to be operating without a Colorado business license. There are too many red flags with this so-called company a physical address with a PO Box, when I asked for a refund I was told I would have to wait for them to sell more dirt to refund my money, this is the biggest red flag of them and screams SCAM. I have been mining far too long and I am seeing these bags of dirt pop up all over the internet coming from Co, Az, Wv, and the reviews for all are the same across the board the claims are false. This needs to be investigated by law enforcement.

Good Afternoon. I am the owner and am just seeing this. We remember this individual very clearly. We offer exceptional customer service on top of our extremely high quality products. We did everything we could to try to explain to "Cartoon Boy" what gold panning is, where they could learn how to pan better, and that there is a art to this activity. You can't just put some dirt material in a kitchen bowl and think the gold will jump out at you. If extracting gold was that easy, everyone would be doing it. We explain this on our website and guarantee satisfaction. We comped out over $200 of free additional product, provided him with training information on how to pan, and did not raise our voice or swear back at his repeated belligerent, nonsensical swearing and threats. We just pulled up some of the emails that he sent on top of the screaming phone calls, and they show us exhausting almost anything we could do to help him be a happy customer. We think he must have ordered the wrong product because our Colorado Gold Ore product is a completely different product on a completely different website that requires a completely different way of processing and refining. It is ok to not know much about prospecting and precious metal recovery. It not ok to scream and swear at people trying to provide you with customer service for a high quality product someone bought. We have over 50,000 happy customers and are appalled that this individual has gone so far out of their way to slander us. We have had very similar worded complaints from a con artist that owns a competitive company that sells very similar products. They use forums like this to create slanderous fake complaints to make their own product look better, but the fact of the matter is that we are an honest small family business with over ten years in business and you can't get where we are with our A+ reputation while supplying multiple national retail stores with these and other products by doing anything he is claiming.
