I keep getting money taken out of my bank account from Premier Legal (Law office). I did not sign up for anything like this and have no idea what they do. I can't even find a phone number to call to talk to somebody about this. This is getting ridiculous and I want all my money back.

I received an email from my employer that Premier Legal Services contacted them and asked them their policies on serving legal documents at the workplace. My employer told them they would forward their info to me. I called the number and gave my reference number. This was a series of about 18 total outgoing calls to them over about 15 minutes. The first woman answered and verified my name but provided somewhat correct name. Then she confirmed my last 4 digits of SSN. I proceeded to ask her what this alleged debt was referring to and she proceeded to tell me she couldn't answer my questions and to "just pay your bill". I told her that I needed the info to validate it first. She proceeded to say that she couldn't answer my questions and that she was just validating my info to have me legally served. I explained that I work from home and that if they are needing to serve legal documents to me that they can serve me at home. She yelled and said "just pay your bill" and hung up. I called back and was placed on hold a few times. I finally got to speak with a man name Jim Murphy with Siegel & Weis (AKA Private Equity Partners). I asked him for the debt amount, creditor and the date of the alleged debt. He gave the creditor and amount that I did not recognize but refused to give me the date and got very agitated and yelled at me and hung up. I called back MANY times and he would pick up say "you can keep calling" and would hang up again. Finally, he let me speak again on one attempt and I was trying to explain that I did not recognize the info and wanted a statement and he replied with you owe the debt, you know the date, the amount and how much and asked (VERY angrily) for a debit card #...UMMM NO! I need a statement of who you are with your company letter head requesting the amount that I owe and THEN we can talk about payment. I WILL NOT just give out my debit card info to some rando who calls in a threatening manner!!!

BEWARE!!!! GET ALL CREDITOR INFO AND REQUEST A LETTER FOR PROOF OF DEBT ALWAYS!!!!

Premier legal service sent post mail about legal services for foreclosure/eviction issues. Charged $1,200, found out from another lawyer this is a scam, and now I am not getting through to anyone after finding out.

Premier Legal Services said they would help me avoid foreclosure of my home. I was pressured into signing paperwork and paying $1000 upfront, of which I had to borrow to pay, followed by monthly payments of $500.

When they needed to speak with me it was always a rushed conversation with a "do this ASAP" remark, but when I needed to speak with someone, no one was available and I would get the runaround as to why the person in charge of my case was not available.

I didn't hear back from anyone until days after I had tried speaking with someone when I found out my home was sold. When someone finally did contact me they flat out lied saying THEY had been trying to contact ME. I only have one phone that's always with me, and I only have one email. There is no way I missed a message from Premier Legal Services after I had tried for several days to speak with the person in charge of my case.

The day my home was sold I got a call from an asset recovery agency who willingly read through the contract I had signed with Premier Legal Service. It turnes out that not only was making me pay upfront along with the monthly payments wrong because their is no guarantee to a successful outcome, but Premier Legal Services was looking to take 22% of any surplus funds that may have resulted from the sale of the home.

My last contact with Premier Legal Services was me telling the person I spoke with that they had fraudulently been taking money from me and that I was no longer interested in their service. I had to close out that bank account to prevent Premier Legal Services from taking any more funds. I never got a call back or an email from anyone to express concern or to discuss other other options. Premier Legal Services just flat out stop communicating with me as I did with them, further solidifying the fact that this was all just a scam.

This company called to say they were trying to serve me court papers for a Wells Fargo account that was delinquent from like 8 years ago. I never had a Wells Fargo account then, and called Wells Fargo customer service to inquire. There is no delinquent account.

This company is working with another company named Shapiro and Associates (888-820-0833), who claim to be a law firm working with Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo has told me they never issue court documents and delinquent accounts get moved to collection agencies. This rep for Premier Legal Services tried to verify my address (they had an old one), and they had my birth-date and the last four of my SS#. They never tried to actually get me to pay them anything, but they tried very hard to gather additional info about me. DON'T GIVE THEM ANYTHING!!
