On June 20, 2020 myself, my father, and my brother ordered a golf rangefinder for $49.99 from Facebook. The company that we all ordered the rangefinder from was Pepllo. After ordering the unit I received a order confirmation with a order #1249605 from [email protected] on the same day. On July 1, 2020 I received a email "Your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status." I also received this tracking number on the same email. (LM186594517US) On July 21,2020 I sent the company (Pepllo) an email to [email protected] requesting a status update because I still have not received my order and I did not get a reply. On August 17, 2020 I sent another email wanting a status update and I received this reply: "Hi , It appears your order has been attached to the wrong tracking number. I have matched the tracking number attached to your order with an another order we have. I apologize for this error on our end. Your order is still following our standard ETA and you will be emailed once shipped. I apologize for this on behalf of Pepllo once again."

I responded to her email informing her that when I google my tracking number I got this response from USPS: Label Created, not yet in system and I did not get a response.

September 5, 2020: I sent another email asking "Vanessa" from Pepllo Support if she was ever going to respond to my emails from August 17, 2020 and on September 7, 2020 I got this reply: "Hello, Your order has been completed and has been added to our shipment courier for being dispatched. We are waiting for them to return a tracking number. We are following any delays that couriers are because they are shipping essential items first and any non-essential items are taking longer especially due to the weight of our product. I hope I was able to help you! From: Vanessa"

September 10, 2020: I sent her another email asking her yet again where is my RANGEFINDER!! And on September 15, 2020 I sent the same email.

September 21, 2020: I received this: "Hello, Thanks for reaching out. I apologize for the long delay. I will contact the shipping company to get further information. Vanessa".

December 20, 2020: Yep you guessed it I sent another email wanting to know where my product was??? NO RESPONSE.

March 8, 2020: I sent another email to this so called "Vanessa" but up to now (5-20-2021) I have had no contact with this company!! I have tried calling and of course the number does not work. So what are my options?? There are many many other complaints that we found online since our initial order. I have all of this documented in my emails. Please keep in mind that my dad and my brother were having the same issues!!

How can Pepllo still have a website up? So they can scam money off more people during this pandemic? So many people purchased product form these people through FB advertisement during a pandemic. FB should be liable!

I ordered a range finder and paid in advance through advertisement on facebook back in June and still have not received the product. The contact number provided is now not in working order. How can FB let scam on to there site? They should be accountable for all of us who has been cheated out of our hard earned money.

I also ordered in June, paid and never received. I have sent several emails and received 2 reponses and zero help. I have asked for a refund or the product and still waiting. I just attempted to send another email today and the email came back. The website is down and there is no way to get in touch with them. Total scam.

Like too many other people on this site, I ordered and paid for the Range Finder in June. Following several emails I discovered the tracking number, supposed to be from Canada Post, was false. Darling Vanessa also assured me there was confusion with the shipper. What a scam organization. Love to know who owns the website.

I Ordered and paid for one of these range finders on 8 July this year ( four months age) and have sent approximately 12 emails, initially replies from Vanessa saying it’s ready for delivery, blaming COVID 19 for the delays and also requesting I inform her when I receive this item, where the hell is it.

I ordered a Range Finder back on June 2. Order was processed on June 9. I have received multiple email replies checking on the status of my order. As of 10/29/20, I started receiving undeliverable emails returned from [email protected] email address. The phone number 1-833-919-1729 goes right to a busy tone when trying to call.
Totally scammed by this company.

I saw an ad on Facebook for an item that looked like a good deal, ordered it using a credit card, and have been waiting 5 months for it to "ship" and for their refund department to get in contact with me and they avoid any emails or deflect the issue by delaying it for a few days while they "contact another department." They created a shipping label for the item in the USPS system, but the item has never entered their possession and has never been shipped.

I placed an order over 4+ months ago. The company provided a shipping order number that was not valid. They stated it was the wrong shipped order and that is after I reached out to them regarding the not received products. They later stated after I reached out months later, they are waiting for a carrier. Never offered a refund and do not communicate a update. Do not do business with this company. SCAM!!

Be aware of Pepllo, they advertise on social media sites like Facebook, their prices seem too good to be true, and it turns out that it really is, because, once you pay for the product, you never get it. I purchased a golf range finder they advertised on Facebook, which is typically a 150-200 price range, they advertised for $49. This was on June 15, for a month and a half they kept feeding BS that their shipments are delayed by Covid, which I don't buy any more, and then 60 days later (when it's too late to challenge the charge with your credit card) they just stop communicating and you never see your product.

Make sure you contact your credit card company before you cancel the order or else your cc company can't help. My bank says because i cancelled the order and they agreed to refund my money i need a refund receipt for them to help me out and obviously i'm not going to get a receipt from pepllo.

I thought I bought a range finder from Pepllo in May of this year only to find out that I've been scammed. I received an email from a Vanessa in late August telling me that due to what's been going on it had been delayed and that she had been in touch with the courier and assured me it was on it's way. She told me to allow 10 days for delivery and to let her know when it arrived. Pure B.S. My suggestion to anyone out there who is thinking of buying anything from these people is pure and simple. DON'T.

Same story- ordered the range finder back in June took my money within 24 hours. Still nothing reported it to the BBB who tried to get my order or a refund. They told the BBB that they would refund me the money. Then they went dark, website states " Summer 2020 collection is officially sold out. Stay tuned for our Fall 2020 drop" this is the biggest scam of how many people they have screwed. BBB closed my complaint since they are no longer responding.

This was on June 19, for a month and a half they kept feeding BS that their shipments are delayed by Covid, which I don't buy any more, and then 60 days later (when it's too late to challenge the charge with your credit card) they just stop communicating and you never see your product. Filed a complaint with BBB, they responded that they will refund the money on 8/27. 3 weeks later, they never did, as expected I started researching online, turns out this is their way of doing "business", they just scam people and never delivery any products, there are dozens and dozens of similar complaints from other customers they scammed. Stay away. Just reported them to CO District Attorney, hopefully somebody will shut them down.

Same as everyone, ordered the range finder and within 24 hours they had my $49.99 but emailed me with the tracking order etc... 2 months later, 5 emails later, zero response. As many have said, the website looked legit and because they were accepted to advertise on facebook, we assumed they were legit... OOPS! Buyer beware, no one has ever contacted us. Thank God for our credit card insurance, got our money back...
