Sent this company on March 2, 2023 $54 for a birth certificate and as of this date April 26, 2023 , have not received it. I want my money back. I do not have an address or email address.

I ordered birth certificate for my grandaughter,paid 54 dollars, never received, upon trying to get a hold of company, I found out that some how from the vital check website I was rerouted to vital direct website where they got my money, the change from one website to the other is just about undetectable, now I'm changing all banking info, to keep from finding out someone drained my account, these people deserve to rot in prison, but again they are piggy backing off the legit site vital check, scam vital direct, says they are in Barcelona Spain, look closely it real hard to detect, probably people who worked on websites for vital check

Never received my birth certificate

I ordered a replacement birth certificate in Oct 26,2022 through Baladona. They charged my credit card 57.00. I’ve not heard a word or received anything from them.
People are requesting these documents for serious and important matters… waiting for opportunities to close some painful chapters in our lives.
It would seem that the Office of Vital Records would red flag this company as frauds which claims to work as their third party.
This is very disappointing and disheartening.

I contacted these guys. they said they were vital records and could send me a NEW copy of my sons birth certificate. i had to pay 127.00 plus get it notorized. It was supposed to have arrived 3 weeks ago. I tried to contact them by phone the number is out of service and you have to contact them by email and the second number goes to a old lady in Oaklahoma, who said she constantly gets calls for them and they have used her number without permission. THIS IS HORRIBLE AND NOW THEY HAVE VITAL INFORMATION FOR MY SON.

Googled websites to get a certified birth certificate. Their website came up. Filled out the info requested and used credit card to pay $54. Turns out its a scam. I'd like my money back. Basically they provided a form that I filled out and then had to send to the city where I was born to get my birth certificate. They did NOTHING.
