I ordered a stress relief dog bed from this site. Order 8127 on February 6th 2021.

I checked in the status in March and they replied saying that due to covid material shortages were causing back ups in manufacturing.

All correspondents are now bouncing back as undeliverable

I ordered 2 snuggle beds on 07/02/2021 and have never received them. I have had no reply to my follow up emails. I disputed the transaction with my bank for the charge on my credit card - and now I have a response from snuggle pets that they have shipped the beds! I now have to prove my innocence that I didn't get what I ordered in order to get my money back. They have provided all this fake information to my bank so it looks that they genuinely shipped the beds.

Purchased 2 beds (BOGO), MAY 10, 2021 for 124.31. Paid extra for expedited shipping so my dog would have them after her surgery. 2 months later. No beds. After a few emails, I received 1 generic message that said shipments were delayed due to covid. Purchase was made via fb advertisement... they should be reimbursing for allowing fraudulent advertising... for so long! They remove everything else they dont like.

I ordered on January 31st under the buy one, get one deal and haven't received my order or any communication regarding it. I've sent three emails that did not garner responses. Today is the first time I looked them up, which is how I discovered everyone else that was ripped off by this company. This is beyond disappointing.

I ordered 2 beds in Feb 2021 during a Buy One Get One Free sale, and have never received my order. I tried calling the phone number on my Amex bill and it is no longer a working number. I've emailed them using their support email address and never got a response. Tried emailing one more time last week and got a message from my provider saying the email address was undeliverable. This company is probably no longer in business and made no effort to refund customers with unfulfilled orders.

Have reached out monthly with no response in April stopped receiving the auto reply emails as well. Filed a fraud claim with my bank and they actually had the nerve to deny the claim! (Not my bank this fraudulent business)

Ordered on 2/4/2021, I have emailed several times without any further response than the generic we will respond within 24-48 hours. I have reached out several times every month, without response. I tried to get a refund via their refund link to have the page not open. This is outrageous! You will see the amount of times I’ve tried to contact this bogus company. I’m beyond angry!

Ordered 2 beds 14th Jan 2021 in haste! Without checking it out before parting with my hard earned cash! As soon as I hit 'Pay' I had a bad feeling about it so contacted my bank but they said 'sorry we can't raise a dispute for 15 days' and then basically I forgot to ring the bank! (I work fulltime & have 4 kids and 2 dogs so life gets in the way!haha) and today 21st May 2021 I'm still waiting for my beds to arrive and have had no response to my emails and NOW my bank says I can only raise a dispute if they send me an email confirming they will refund products not received! Plus it's gone over 120 days . what a joke. I told them i should set up my own scam business and rob people of their money as there is clearly no retribution for these fraudsters! :-( **BUYER BEWARE** !

SCAM! I ordered 2 pet beds for $119 and I haven’t received them months later. No one will return any emails and I can’t get into the ‘view my order’ tab. The ‘visit our store’ tab that was on my confirmation email doesn’t work either.

I ordered 2 beds on 2/15/2021 and never received them. I tried several times to get in touch with them by email. I received 1 email stating they were processing my order. Months later still NO beds and no more emails! Very upset and mad that this happened on a secure website or so it said it was!

I also order two for one price dog beds 2/18/21 and money was taken from my account. I have also tried emailing and told someone would get back to me within 24 to 48 hrs. Three times with no other response. Now today the emails are bouncing back and website no longer exists. Hopefully my bank will refund.

I ordered 3 beds in Feb to the tune of almost $300 and have still not received the beds. I have emailed several times and the response I get says that there are delays in shipping due to Covid19. It is now May 9th (3 months and 3 days) past the date I ordered. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to see if there is anything they can do to refund me the money I paid. Extremely pissed and hope that this will keep others from making the same mistake.
