Had no issues for the first few orders but this order was different. Tracking showed a label was created but UPS still has not received the package to date. This order was placed 3 weeks ago. I have emailed multiple times through their chat as I could never get a live person only automated responses, texted the number they provided on their website with no response or updates on the order. Even tried to call the number but the mailbox was full. I won’t be using this company anymore will not recommend it.

I placed a order, 2 weeks later the item still show label created but no movement. I sent a email with no response. I went on there websites chat feature, no response. This company is a scam I want my refund and will be reporting them

I ordered pre workout from nutrastop on December 25th. My order has created a shipping label, but has yet to move at all. I’ve reached out to the company 3 times by email. 4 by phone and 2 on the chat setting on the website. I’ve been ignored each time. I either want a refund or my product

Nutrastop supplements took my money and its nothing i can do about it. They want answer your calls emails or anything. Im so upset pure scammers should shut the site down. I have proof. I wish someone could help me get my money back . This is not right and people should not do this. Its so wrong.

So, I can say I’ve ordered here successfully 5 times with no hitch and the last time my order sat for a month and no one responded to my emails. Finally I did get a response about a supply issue on Phenibut and the guy offered to send me a different milligram than I had originally ordered and it was two day aired…so although it did suck to wait that month they did a solid and didn’t just keep my money. I get phenibut is getting harder to come by so I was good with it in the end

They did not send my whole order. Then when letting them know they went quiet. Had to contact cc company they will take your money and not send out order so not buy from this trash small business...

I will be glad to directly help anyone as well. I spend 18 hours a day running my business and I hope that I perfectly take care of my customers. I hate seeing an issue slip through then someone crying scam because they thought they got ripped off. That is not the case. We made it from Aug to January without a post here and with over 150 orders daily that makes for just over 18,000 customers helped. I don’t want a single one to have an issue unresolved.

I ordered shoes from here and paid $350 on June 26th. I have yet to receive my product and when I went to track the order, the site is gone. I got myself scammed and lost a lot of money myself. I'd probably have been an absolute wreck not if not for the help of an IT specialist I found on the deep web. I got quick and direct help from him, his email is detailed below as: [email protected]. We need to get these scammers wiped off as soon as possible.

Hey, tell that IT specialist that is not my email and these are completely out whack claims. My email is [email protected] if you need help. Send me an email and I will correct your order or refund. Only reason to not get an order is if it was lost by USPS. We will take care of you.

Order supplements worth a little more $200.00 on July 30th. It is now mid-august and I have contacted them many times and they no longer respond to my emails. Contacted the company who made the supplement that I wanted. They informed me they no longer make it. As of August 18th they no longer respond to my emails complete scan do not order from them

I ordered a product on May 15 and received confirmation. I received shipping confirmation on May 16, however, it is now May 23 and the tracking information still says "USPS Awaiting Item." My shipping confirmation came from [email protected] so I emailed that on May 20 asking for an update. On May 23 I received this reply "Hey Tamala! It’s supposed to go out by tomorrow! If you would like, for the delay I would be more than happy to upgrade your shipping to priority?! At no expense to you obviously haha and I could throw in a shaker for you as well!" But after reading all of these comments, I believe this is just part of his scam.

To inform the public, Tamala got her product 2 days later, she read this reviews and thought omg is this a scam? No this is just a bias scare site with competitors trying to damage our sales. Tamala tried to remove this review but this site doesn’t allow for that.

I placed an order on Feb 28. Received a text message later that day saying the order had shipped and it included a USPS tracking number. Like just about everyone else here, that order has never shipped. To this day (4/21/2022) the USPS says they are still waiting for that package to be delivered to them. The few responses I received from my e-mails amounted to attempts to get me to "order" more stuff from them.

Call your bank or credit card company and dispute the charge(s). They will reverse the charges, mine did - but it may take a couple billing cycles.

They are using the USPS in their game, why are they not being investigated for mail fraud?

Everyone needs to contact the Indiana State Attorney Generals office and report Trenton Garza. He’s a kid in his 20s running this whole scam. I contacted the AG but they couldn’t reach Garza. If enough people complain they’ll be forced to take further action.

I order one item almost 3 weeks ago. I emailed them 4 times without a response. They have many reviews i found out after about collecting money but never sending products. They should be found and arrested for this. They show the best pricing on nutritional products because you will never receive a response or any products. Please listen to the reviews and save your money and stress.

I have not received my order. My email was never responded to and then when u went to email again i discovered my email was blocked. Texted the number on the website with no response. Tried calling and get a not in service Voice line. I will be disputing fraudulent charges with bank and having them get their fraud department in this. Being that I’m military and USAA i know they will press hard into this and take legal actions.

I was given the following tracking#: 1ZE416190396738122 and it reads “shipping label created” as others have stated. Trenton, please refund my money or give me what I paid for.

We will be seeking legal action as soon as possible if no response is made soon.

Trent did this to me last December. You should dispute the charges through your financial institution and make a copy of all the complaints on this page as your back up. He refunded me for my order but it seems he’s getting a little braver these days.

I placed an order on 07-28-2021 and the shipping label was printed immediately. They said that the item was “out of stock” and “to be patient”. It is now 03-17-2022 and I get a text message advertisement that they have 240 bottles in stock! When I try to send a text and email to inquire about my order they messages are block. This is not a business this is a scam.

Hello, I received my order, but it was incomplete. I didn't receive Jack 3d pre-workout and 2 2 pounds of chocolate proteins instead of 1 5 pounds of chocolate proteins.

Your delivery was not good. I paid for 2 days and arrived in 4, with different products and incomplete.

Are you going to send me What do I order?

When you order a product from The Nutra Stop you will go through the entire online purchasing process like they are a legitimate business. When your order is complete you will receive multiple notifications on your order status via email and text message. However, your item actually never ships. After I sent an email requesting an update to my order status, they blocked my email, and they do not respond to texts.

Try disputing the charge. My bank was in the process of doing it but Trent Garza reversed the charges before my bank completed it. You have all the proof you need in this site to prove Nutrastop is a scam.

I ordered supplements from these people and never received the complete order. Packing slips state will ship separately. Tried to email customer support and was blocked sent a txt no response! Do not trust these guy cut and run type of online scam. Out money and no supplements.

These people made a tracking number for a product I ordered on 02/01/22 on 02/04/22 and now it's the 18th and it hasn't ever been shipped. So I contacted customer support and I had my messages blocked.. Do not order anything from these [censored]. They took me for $65.

Contact your bank or credit card company to investigate and reverse the charge. I only had to threaten to do this and Trenton Garza refunded me that same day.

Text the customer service number 574-933-3675. This goes directly to Trenton Garza, owner of the Nutrastop. Also dispute the charges through your financial institution. They will reverse the charge and charge Nutrastop to do so.
