Almost a year ago I booked a trip value 1300 us$. I canceled next day and they promised me to fully refund.. I shouldn't trust these thieves , I should call the mastercard rightaway Since then I have been calling them 1000 times and I heard all kind of lies and bull[censored]. Now they even blocked my number. My advice to evb just dont book with these cruks bcs in this pandemic time your flight is canceled or something your money is gone..

And again I called them today and I was told to wait for another 2-3 weeks. How can these people lie like that. Dont be stupid to book with them especially during this pandemic when your flight might be cancelled. And then you ll end up having endless chat with Jack from India dreaming for your refund…

I was told to wait 4 business days to get 1300us$ which I am waiting for 7 months. I called them again and they said I have to wait 15-21 days to get a check . Very bad idea to get involved with these liars. Stay away people

They dont pay my refund lying to me since April 2021.Every time I call or text them they use a different excuse or promise, especially now after 7 months that they know credit card cant go after them..They dont have an address or office and I think they are Indian scammers..I strongly recommend stay away

Its a scam. They lie to me every time I contact them. Be aware stay away , book thru airlines not with this thieves. Im waiting for my refund 250 days …

I canceled the transaction and was told it would take 2/3 billing cycles to get a refund. My Bank filed a dispute with New Travel Trip and United Airlines. New Travel Trip told me it was refunded in June but it wasn’t and a United Representative even called them and didn’t get any results. We both were hung up on . This has been going on since April. Can you help in anyway? They won’t give me an address to file in small claims court. Thank you

This is my 8th request

Good afternoon,

I am getting very frustrated and would like arbitration for my refund. I feel I have been more than fair and waited long enough. I requested my refund the first part of July. It is now November!

I would really appreciate arbitration to step in. I do not want to have to seek an attorney just to get my $125 back.

I look forward to hearing from you very soon.

This company owes me a refund since JUNE and has not given it to me as yet. Everyday they have a different excuse. DO NOT USE. THEY TAKE OUT THE PAYMENT IN RIGHT AWAY AND HAVE EXCUSES TO REFUND YOUR MONEY. I cancelled my ticket within 10 mins of the purchase and they stated I had to wait 2 billing cycles for a refund. Full scam company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM, my son purchased his flight in May(months a head of time) paid for it and got all the appropriate booking numbers and confirmation numbers. The flight was supposed to be on United he called the day before as he had not yet received my e ticket information , the man on the phone (Indian based) said his flight was not a confirmed flight and it would be another 700.00 to get on the flight. I called United right away and they said they New Travel Trip had never purchased the ticket. He has been planning this trip for months, I called United and they said since it is a third party who did not purchase the ticket there is nothing they can do. I have spent hours on the phone and they finally admitted they did not purchase the ticket and he has yet to get his money back. I am also filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau this is unexceptionable business practice.

Booked a flight through this so called travel agency they send a confirmation email that looks fishy, so i tried looking up my flight, they provide way too many characters for a SW flight, so i go to email them and the email doesn't exist, so i go call them and i get put on hold saying theres no one available SCAM!, First time attempting to book through an agency and it will be the last. At the end of the day i got scammed out of 350 but i could careless remember to stay positive through this don't let [censored]ty people with horrible intentions knock you off your positive mindset

In March I googled cheap flight to Miami and this was the first web link to go to. Booked the wrong dates for the flight.

After trying to reach out to them multiple times to get a refund or credit for my wrong booking, they hung up on me. I called again. They asked for a booking number I didn't even receive. Emailed them about the terrible reviews they had and need to get a hold of someone asap. They supposedly couldn't find my account.

I gave up contacting them. Immediately reached out to my bank and showed them proof of the communication I had with them and my bank dispute the money.

Months later they reach out 2 days before my trip to the original flight I wanted. Saying the booking wasn't finalized and they needed to switch me to a different airline. They left me two voicemails the same day desperately trying to get a hold of me only to scam me again.

I returned their calls and was treated horrible for trying to get my name and info out of their system and record. They kept me on hold forever only to act like I wasn't on the line anymore, I was hung up on for telling them to remove my credit card info from the account, hungup on for trying to telling them I already disputed this. I finally get a Representative to agree to delete my info that is in their system. However that same night I receive an email asking me to contact them about my booking that was cancelled and will be receiving a full refund. To contact them.

I've changed bank accounts because of this experience. Be careful booking cheap flights. Not everything on google is safe.

I booked a round trip flight for may 14th 2021 to may 18th 2021 to take my husband, myself, and our baby to Montana for an early first Father’s Day trip for my husband. I booked a month in advance on their website and soon began to get suspicious when I never recieved my E tickets, I called the airline and was told our tickets weren’t there and our flight didn’t exist. I called and cancelled with new travel trip and they assured me that they didn’t scam me and that I’d receive a refund within 21-28 business days, so the only thing I could do was wait and see if they would actually send my money back. It’s now July 22, 2021 and I have never received a refund. They scammed us out of $800 and I was out more for the hotel and rental car I had booked elsewhere. It took me a while to save that money for that trip. Heartless people is the only description I have for whoever runs and “works” for this scam website.

I booked a flight for my mom and little sister (booked on Feb 26th 2021) for the dates of July 18th 2021 through July 26th 2021. I specified I wanted flights from San Antonio TX to Portland OR. We specifically googled Alaskan Airlines.
I was in Portland at the time, and my mother in San Antonio. We were booking her flight while on a phone call together.
However, due to google's lovely service of selling out their top results slots to advertisers, the link my mother clicked was for New Travel Trip. We looked into it, separately, and the website looked legitimate. My mom and little sister's tickets totaled $530 round trip. A total steal, right?
After I bought her tickets, my mom called me back to ask why I booked tickets flying out of Austin TX instead of San Antonio.
Red flag number 1.

We just kind of had an "oh well" moment; the email stated she would get her e-tickets after the airline received my money.

After looking at the email again, my mom noticed the booking stated no baggage or carryon included.
Red flag #2

It is a week now before my mom's trip to Portland (today is July 12th, 2021) and my mom called Alaska Airlines because she has still yet to receive her tickets.
Alaska does not have her booking, and my mom had to pay $1400 on a new credit card for all new tickets directly through Alaska Airlines.

My mom tried to contact New Travel Trip, and they will not respond.
New Travel Trip used an Alaska Airlines booking computer, so my bank statement shows minimal info other than "Alaska Airlines booking."

These people are good. Professional scammers.
I'm a single parent who was trying to gift my mother and little sister an expensive (for me--I don't often have a couple hundred dollars laying around) trip home to see my grandparents for the first time in a couple of years.
I'm hurt by this malicious bout of thievery; I hope these people get caught.

My wife searched for cheap flights and this company came up, NewTravelTrip.com she booked a flight, they took her money and sent her a confirmation but no flight itinerary. So when she tried to call they said they would send it, the next day she called again and was put on hold. While she was on hold I googled the website and my browser wouldn’t even let me visit the website because it was being redirected too many times. I tried to call the number and my calls wouldn’t even go through most the time. So I dove even further and found many people have the same issues and come to find out it’s a scam.

I thought I was booking a flight on Expedia. I was misled and booked with this site. I never received a E-Ticket from United. I called the number. It was people with thick India accents and a lot of static in the background. I knew it must be scammers from India. I was booking my trip, at night, half asleep, and I accidently entered my credit card for a United flight. I told the guy I know it is a scam. he became very angry! Thanks for catching them!!

Online flight tickets that will charge your credit card to an airline such as United and Southwest airlines. They will then cancel your trip and not refund you. When you call the airlines they will confirm that the trip was canceled but it newtraveltrip.com that cancels your flight and calls you to confirm you are a real person and your credit card is ligit. You won't get a refund. They will try to book you another flight and then won't send you the tickets. At this point if you call back you will be redirected to voicemail.

February 4th I booked two round trip tickets to Vegas. Upon arrival at the airport I had no tickets. When I contacted New travel trip I was informed my tickets were canceled because the flight tickets had gone up two days before my flight. When I informed then that was not my problem my account was debited the day of booking it was on them that they waited two week to purchase the tickets from the airline. I informed them I wanted a refund on February 26th they told me it would take 10 to 14 business days. I've contacted them every 2 to 3 weeks since March 16th about my refund by email and phone only to be told the same thing just a few more days. It's been over 4 month today is June 21st I still have not received a refund.

This is a total FRAUDULENT company. I was purchasing tickets for my Uncle’s memorial service in Colorado Springs Colorado. I chose the cheapest rate I could find. I entered the dates of arrival and departure to and from Santa Barbara to Denver round trip. I received a booking confirmation email but when I saw the dates they were completely wrong. I spent the 6 hours emailing and phoning them with no response. Finally, they responded and said it was canceled but I know it wasn’t so I am calling my bank an reporting them as SCAMMERS
