The first part of the phone call voicemail message was very difficult to understand or hear. The last part states that there are 4 warrants for arrest and that a return phone call needs to be made. The phone call showed the number being from New York. Thank you.

My husband purchased a massage gift card for 45.00 December 2017. I went to the website and scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance for Saturday June 23 at 12. I went to the address on the gift certificate and business was closed. So I looked it up again and found another address (Marion address) and I went to that location. Nothing there. At 12:30 pm I received a text from Amanda stating she was sorry that she didn’t contact me sooner. “Hi Deborah my name is Amanda we were supposed to have an appt for a massage today. I had messaged you about a week back explaining how my landlord terminated my lease due to a conflict between us. Well I thought I had sent it.. it didn't send. I'm so sorry! I just was going to text you to apologize again because I do feel bad. I know your massage was prepaid and I still plan to honor it I just am working on getting into a new space. I hope you can forgive me. Between this and the divorce I'm going through I feel like I'm losing my mind. Once again I am so sorry!!” This lady is allowing people to book and pay for appointments online when she apparently can’t provide the service. I am not a rich person and this was a gift from my husband.

Type of a scam Employment

I had applied for a job through the Indeed Job Search app, and I received a text message from someone claiming to be Larry Lyons from DataCom Solutions. He asked me to fill out a form explaining my career background, skills, career goals for the next 5 years, etc. - all standard questions normally asked by potential employers. So I filled out and submitted the form, and within no time I got a text response back saying that they were impressed with my background and would like to hire me. They then asked me to send an email to the email address that's listed in this report, after which they sent back an employment agreement form to fill out. The personal details given in that form included my full name, date of birth, mailing address, cellphone number, and signature at the bottom (no SSN). A few days later, I received a check - for "job supplies". The check itself looks odd because of the non-rounded number ($4,984.26), along with the name of the "sender" on the envelope (Felicia Strysick) and the name shown on the check (Andriy Lishchyna). I have not deposited this check, but am reporting this so that others like me don't fall for this elaborate scheme.
