A company going by the name of "*** *** ***" or "*** *** *** ***" is somehow obtaining information regarding student loan balances and preying on individuals via postal mail. When you call them, they ask you for the benefit ID # on the letter and then they ask you to verify your personal information (DOB, SSN and address) to be sure your are who you say you are when they are really only trying to collect the information. They then tell you that you need to take immediate action to keep from defaulting on your student loans. They put you on brief holds as is to verify what programs your qualify for and then they tell you that you are qualified to have the entire balance of your students loans forgiven if you pay them installments immediately to handle your document preparation. They entice you into providing additional personal information to include your bank information and to have you create a new account on the *** *** *** ***  website at *** site. Once they get your information they try to get you to sign with a virtual signature an agreement to pay them. You may receive more them one letter than look slightly different but when you call, the people you talk to are all the same individuals.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the website called *** and paid extra to have them received within 7-10 business days. It has already been 10 days since I placed the order and I haven't received any shipment confirmation. I saw the add for the shoes originally on *** but after becoming suspicious and reading reviews I believe this company is a scam. There are lots of other people who have not received their order and there is no way to contact them besides an email.

As she was waiting for a return phone call from the service department, she received a phone call from this company (Frontier Business Solutions) asking about her request for more toner.
