After I entered the address correction , I saw I was being charged $89.95 I called and cancelled. I was told I would be charged $1.95 to reverse the charge. I agreed. Then I was refunded $1.95.which I thought would be a charge but not the 87.95.
When I inquired again on 8/13. I was given the number 2121-4900-088-5070. Then I was refunded $1.95 again on 8/25 Still no refund on the $87.95.

Thought I was putting in a YSPS change of address. Scammed out of $80- I’m pissed! That wasn’t even the company I had used. I went to a while other website and was charged )40. I figured I’m too busy and just paid it. So now I’m out $120 for a change of address that the post office said should have been $1. I want to recoup my money!

Trying to get my address changed with the post office and get my mail, etc. The site said it cost $1.? And I was charged $79.98, what the heck! Is it even related to the actual United states postal service, and if so why is it so hard to get a refund?

My girlfriend was submitting our change of address information and this company scammed us out of $80. We were never notified that there would be a charge until after the payment was made.

Did an internet search for the USPS change of address and MYPOSTALADDRESS.ORG. on May 12, 2018. It did not look like the last one that I have used with the USPS. But being in a hurry, I went ahead and filled in the address change order, then my credit card number. Normally I get the moving coupons right away. No such luck, not even an e-mail conformation. I did check with the post office that was at, and they did have the address change, probably from my previous temporary move and dates. The website has advertised that a coupon book with $750 of valuable coupons would be arriving at the new address. I did not click through the fine print at the time. Then got the bank statement with a charge of $79.95 to the credit card from "mypostaladdress". Called the number 8447367759 on June 16th asking about the welcome kit not received. The man who answered the call said he would check into it and have another welcome package sent. Today, called again, got the answer machine stating to press 1 to leave a call back, then press 1 again. It then hung up. I was going to ask for the full refund for the purchase, as stated in the website for a full refund if not satisfied, no questions asked. No call back yet. Looks like I am out the $79.95 plus the moving coupons that the real USPS website gives. If this website is going to ask me for a credit card number, I will not be giving it out.
