ORDER A CAR WITH MY AMERICAN EXPRESS. I HAVE ALL THE DETAILS BUT IT SAYS I WENT THROUGH PAYPAL AND NOTHING SEEMS RIGHT. NEVER RECEIVED IT. WEBSITE IS https://perfect.wincity.club/collections/hot/products/small-electric-car IT COST 179. AND FREE SHIPPING BE THERE IN 6 WEEKS I WAS TOLD.

Followed an ad from facebook marketplace that led to this website. Adding to my cart and paying went smoothly. I received and email that stated my purchases and that I would be notified after shipping was set. I waited a few days and was able to click "view my order" and still access the website but by the 3rd day, it was telling me that the website no longer exsisted. I contacted my bank who shut off the card used so no further access could be made to my account. I then attempted to contact the support email multiple times with no reply. I then contacted the bank and disputed the charges.

except there is no phone# nor address of this scammer just an 'incomplete' website, it accepts payments from all VISA and paypal accounts.
