I ordered a bathing suit from meet curve.com. The item arrived and was so small I couldn't get it over my calves! When I reached out to them for return information, they started bargaining with me. They offered a merchandise credit, a $6 refund and then upon my refusal, a $17 refund. They would not provide a return address, even though their website indicates they accept returns of unused, still tagged merchandise. I have filed a claim with American Express. I believe they are an illegitimate operation. The use of incorrect grammar is a give away!

I ordered online swimsuits from them. I kept 2 items and returned a couple. You can only do this via email. They try and get you to settle with less money and keep items. I said no and want full refund. They made me take pictures of items with tags on and then they finally gave me a return number and address. They said they would refund my items once received in 5-15 business days and if I have nothing by 30 days to email them. I started this process in July. It is December 5 and I still don’t have a refund. I email multiple times a week and they just give delay, stall, and threats about refund it coming, finical dept is backed up, don’t file a claim or Ill never be able to get a loan, house, etc. They don’t put my refund online so it looks as if there isn’t one. It is all through email. To file a dispute I need them to tell me how much money they are refunding me and to what card and they won’t tell me they just say their financial dept is down. They are keeping people money which is fraudulent. All I want is my refund. I have all the emails from July to December. Which I can’t include all here but I am happy to forward them if needed. I will include some examples.

Ordered bathing suits from Meet Curve, read the return policy beforehand and thought they were legitimate. I decided to return some merchandise that didn't fit – I was within the return window. I reached out to initiate a return, and it took several attempts to receive a return address. They tried to have me keep the merchandise with no refund, or offer me an %off couple towards future purchases. When I finally was able to get the return address (somewhere in New Jersey, USA) I sent back the merchandise and sent them tracking info. Still within the return window. They confirmed receipt of my returned merchandise and ensued that I would receive my refund within 15 business days. I waited and saw no return activity in my account. I reached out after the 15-day time frame and was assured they would look into it. It is now almost 2 months later and I have not received my refund. I have reached out almost daily asking for a status of my refund and am given multiple excuses such as – their returns account is very busy or there is something wrong with the account.

I am going through it too. File a dispute with your credit card company. They can help!

I bought items online and needed to retrurn/exchange for a different size. The website refused to provide me with a pre-paid label or a return address, asking me if I would accept a gift card or credit instead. It took 5 requests to get an address and still no return ups or usps label. I went to the post office and sent back the items. The, apparently, separate company that accepts package is, purportedly, so large that it cannot know if any packages have been received or not without a tracking number. Then they continued confusing ups with usps and my, now numerous, requests for my refund were answered by so many different "customer service agents" that they seem like the same person. Same communication style and word usage. They refuse to even consider actually checking the mail for a package with my name on it. I believe they are playing a game and are refusing and will always refuse to return my money.

I exchanged a bathing suit for a different size, and they gave me a gift card to purchase the new one. My experience had been great up until this point so I didn't think anything of it. When I received my new suit and it still didn't fit correctly, they refused to refund my order because they do not refund gift card orders. This is ridiculous because this was originally my money, not a gift card. I bought another suit on top of the original exchange and they will not refund that money either, which was NOT a gift card. We went back and forth via email where they basically just said the same thing over and over again without even trying to fix it, until they informed me that my return period is over and they can no longer do anything about it. They are basically just scamming people and stealing their money.

Please see below for screenshot
They will not give me whole return address and are stalling to go beyond the 15 days as far as I am concered ! This is very frustrating- I just want my $78.27 back. I had free shipping because of how much I spent. None of it worked for me and I just want my full refund and will pay for shipping back.
Does not honor return policy

Ordered a swimsuit that didn’t fit. Emailed support for information to return. They didn’t respond until the 3rd email, and did not provide return address. They then said they were in Seacaucus,NJ but no physical address and offered $8 back and keep swimsuit. I said no, please provide the address and want a refund . Then offered $18 and keep swimsuit, still no address to return. Again I said no, and demanded full refund and physical address to return and told them if they jerked me around and then said “too late to return”, I would hire a lawyer. Just a scam to get money in my opinion. I have the emails and took screenshots but it will let me upload one.

I got a suit from MeetCurve for the first time. After 2 uses, the underwire is popping out and the cups are deformed. This was washed on gentle cycle.

The company would not issue me a refund.

After I reviewed the return policy on Meet Curve’s website, I decided to order $206.00 worth of merchandise (bathing suits) based on ads I had seen advertised on Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok. Things arrived in a couple of weeks as ordered but only one swimsuit out of six fit. Per their return policy stated, I emailed for a return authorization as this is the only method of contact. I did not get a response for three days (that has been the delay with each of my emails since as well). Meet Curve created a return "ticket" with no information, no return authorization, no return address, nothing. I sent several more emails. Three days later they responded offering me a “partial refund” of “around $66” and offered for me to keep everything I had ordered/received. They also offered me a store credit that would have to be used in the future as a one time use. Of course, I contacted them well within the 15 day return window per their policy stated, no I did NOT want a partial refund & definitely not a store credit because I will never order from them again. I responded “I would like a full refund for the items I plan to return, minus shipping of course. I need a return authorization & your return address. They responded with "Secaucus, NJ" no street address. I sent another three emails. They keep replying offering a partial refund or store credit. I tried the Live Chat also and even that is not a live chat, this creates a “ticket” as well with no information. I have NEVER once been scammed in all my life so I am very cautious where I order from online & where I enter my card information as well. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!

Did this ever get resolved?

I am having the same issue. Did you ever get it resolved or have any advice on what to do?

I ordered 2 suits from Meet Curve after seeing their ads on social media…I googled the company and read reviews online and didn’t specifically see any red flags. I received my suits after about 2 weeks of waiting. One suit didn’t fit so I followed their return policy on their website and this is where it gets very scam like. Took days for any response, finally got a response and wouldn’t give me a return address. I’ve emailed 3 more times since then asking for the return address with no avail. Clearly they’re waiting out the 15 day return policy so they don’t have to help me. I won’t be ordering again

I tried to return several bathing suits that i purchased from the site. They took a long time to arrive and none of the suits fit like i wanted. I requested a return, in whichthey gave me several custmer service emails and all the reasons they don't accept return. They would not give me the return address, no matter how many times i emailled. They seemed to be delaying so they wouldn't accept the return anyway. Customer service reply super slow and unhelpful. They finally offereda partial refund and a coupon.... i decided to take this. best to have some money back than none. Still no refund...... or reply. Scammers stay away

I ordered a bathing suit from this company. On their site they say you can return items. THAT IS NOT TRUE. I spent 2 months going back and forth with the company, they wanted me to keep the items and refund 20$ of a 60$ purchase, the items were of no use to me, and I declined and filed a case against them through paypal. They begged me to drop the case and agreeded to refund me the amount of the order minus shipping. After I dropped the case they only refunded me $20.00 Do not order from here!

continually write scam in their adverts? It will take a while to block us all! Hahaha

I placed an order in March 2023 for my summer holiday. Spending just over £100. As the payment was going through, a window on my pc flashed asking if I was sure? I can't remember the exact wording but said along the lines that the website had fraudulent activity. I went straight to the main screen and tried the links for contacting the company. I am sure you all know how that went. I contacted PayPal straight away, asking their advice and to cancel the purchase. What I didn't know was that this first email did not go to PayPal but to the seller. They sent the goods in response and replied to my email telling me they had now sent them and sorry for any delay! Hahahah. Anyway, since then I have been talking to PayPal. Meet Curve have given me 3 different part return addresses, none of which UPS recognise. Something is 'off' with each one, postcode is wrong or road name. When I go to Google street maps each one is a scruffy warehouse type building and area. Google reviews also link these buildings to dubious activities. Meet Curve have offered many percentages of refund - up to 50% and told me to give the items to charity. They really do not want the items back, or give you a refund! Oh, I forgot to say, when the items did arrive, they were strangely shaped and the bust lining creased and crushed so much so, that when trying on, I looked like I had a bag of bricks on my chest! hahah ;).

PayPal are waiting for a response from Meet Curve. The dead line is Friday 7th July. Keep your fingers crossed that I get a refund! x

I have passed all the addresses and whatnot to PayPal. I recommend anyone in this situation pass on their emails and information to their fraud department at the bank or PayPal. Best wishes.

I orders 136.00 worth of merchandise (bathing suits) based on an ad I'd seen. Things arrived as ordered but nothing fit. I emailed to return and was not responded to for three days (that has been the delay with each of my emails). They made a return "ticket" with no information on where to return things to. I sent another email. Three days later they asked if I'd like to keep everything and get a $5 coupon! I said no I want my money back where is your return address. They responded with "Secaucus, NJ" no street address. I sent another three emails. No reply. I tried the Live Chat and even that is not a live chat. It says we will be in touch soon after you submit your chat. Exasperating!

I would not suggest ordering from the company unless you know the EXACT size and fit you need. I ordered $132 worth of merchandise under the impression that I had 15 days to return the product if I wasn't satisfied. I have multiple emails back and forth with the company requesting a return approval and jumping through all of their hoops. The address the provided was not a complete address, just a city, state, and zip. In addition, they keep haggling with me asking me to take partial refunds and keep the merch. I declined all offers insisting I want to return for a full refund so please give me the correct address. Long story short, I never got a complete address to send the suits back and my bank doesn't consider it fraud (which blows my mind considering this company is not abiding by it's posted return policy). Save yourself some money, time, and stress and just look elsewhere.

This company claims they are curve friendly and that they have a guaranteed return policy. It took me two weeks just to get the return address, I had to pay for my own shipping, and now, over a month later, I still don't have my refund amount. This company is money hungry and slimey. Do NOT buy from them. Go to Torrid instead for my plus sized ladies!

“Customer Service” will not reply to my inquiry about my order. It’s been 2 weeks since the order was placed. Saw multiple reviews after the fact stating this website is a scam and they never received refund and if they did receive their order it was wrong size, bad quality or missing items

BLOODY NIGHTMARE this company is fraud I wasn't settling for anything less than a refund I didn't even get that. I ordered 3 costumes one was damaged both wires coming out and the other 2 had no real chest support crap ... so I contacted them and what do I get would you accept 16 dollars (I'm in the uk) then 22 dollars then 26 dollars I stood my ground about a refund and threatened them with federal or something I put bad reviews on their Facebook page but they kept deleting me and putting their ad back up and now they blocked me entirely I've had the suits 3 weeks I think ..am I still entitled to ring my bank? SCAM SCAM SCAM
