Purchase was made in Nov 2022. Order 1118847568 was left unfulfilled, then cancelled in Jan 2023. Was promised a refund of $161.00. Never revues any refund or response. Only automated email responses.

I ordered a Harmonic balancer for my engine build from this site and a month later still no updates. I started looking into them and discovered that they are a scam company. I have emailed multiple times and have received no responses. I have requested a refund and haven't heard back. I have called multiple times and they simply do not respond. This company is out to do one thing and that's steal money from us buyers.

Ordered part on 11/27/21, received notice that part was back ordered through 3/25/22, then informed of "shipping delays" on 4/10/22, told "order expedited" on 9/12/22, told "Incoming to ship this week" on 10/17/22, told "eta - available inventory 11/11/22", told "Your order is still on special order and It should be available to ship on 1/31/2023" on 11/17/22, told to check manufacturer's website on 11/17/23 with link to holley.com due to back order, holley.com reported parts available on 11/30/22 - called Holley and they confirm 50 units inbound on 11/25/22, told "yes, correct 11/30, once they are available to ship I will have them shipped asap! " on 11/28/22, told "I will have the warehouse check on your order asap! " on 12/8/22, called Holley and they report over 100 units in stock with 12 earmarked for back-orders" on 12/8/22, told "Still on special order nationwide, and your on the list due to ship at your original price in 1 week." on 1/9/23, told "Your order is progress of shipping and is due to ship out by the end of NEXT week! Once shipped you will be notified via email and text message." on 2/2/23, told "Can you please email [email protected] Shows done from our end. This way they can check with your card company for you." on 2/28/23, emailed accounting on 2/28/23 and got an automated reply with "Please allow 24 hours for our staff to review your message", no further contact from accounting, told "Our warehouse is updating the tracking number. It will be emailed in 48-72 hours." on 3/10/23, told "Our warehouse will contact you as soon as possible." on 3/16/23, told "Our warehouse is working on your order. We apologize for the delay. We will expedite your order for any inconvenience caused. A tracking number will be emailed shortly.

Thank you for your patience!" on 3/21/23, told "Our warehouse is updating the tracking number. It will be emailed in 48-72 hours." on 3/29/23, requested order status update on 4/24/23 and creating report on ScamPulse.com site,

I have emails to prove all of the above.

Purchase made through website, personally made attempts to contact them through email and phone. Received one email response 3 weeks ago saying item would be shipped the following week. No return calls or emails since. I have made attempts to speak with them multiple times every week with no response.

I ordered a front grille for my husband truck. Shipping date was pushed back 2x it claimed it was in back order. I decided to cancel and till this day I haven’t received my money back from them . Beatriz was the person in contact with me but didn’t provide much help

Online website. Was able to place order and received order confirmation. Never was given a shipping confirmation and was unable to contact the company. I submitted a ticket for my order to be cancelled and they switched my order status to cancelled. I have not received a refund and cannot get in contact with the company to get refund confirmation.

I ordered the part the first of feb and got order confirmation immediately but no estimated shipping date. After a week I emailed asking when it would ship and they said it would go out the next day. A week later I emailed again and basically got the same response. Another week went by and I asked for them to either ship it out in the next two days or I would need a refund. They said it would be shipped by then. Another week passed and still nothing. I emailed 3 times after requesting a refund and still haven’t received it although they claim they refunded it. Still working with my bank to try to get the money back

Ordered a product, shipping info didn’t change within a week, reached out to them, called , emailed didn’t get a response. Googled reviews on them and dozens of people have been scammed from them. Sent another email telling them I know they are scammers and I want my money back. The canceled my order and “issued a refund” that never got refunded. They have scammed multiple people out of thousands of dollars just from seeing the reviews I’ve read about them

Order carbon fiber door handles for my car on Feb,26,2023.

Once I purchased I received a text message claiming the company received the money and will provide a tracking number once it is shipped.

Till this day, I still haven’t received any updates on my purchase.

I made numerous attempts to contact the company about my purchase and I all I get is a same scam response claiming it will be shipped out. Never again with this company.

I purchased an air filter for a car. About a week after purchasing it I realized I hadn’t heard anything from them. The scammers would reply to emails repeatedly saying “I’ll get that ready and out next week” or “I’ll have that order put on rush”.

The business seems legitimate, they have social media accounts and a YouTube channel reviewing products, but no customer reviews or comments on anything. I placed an order for a computer and never got a tracking number. I would email for an update every couple of weeks and they would respond the same: “shipping this week”. Until one day they said my product was shipping in “24-48 hours” then a week goes by and again I ask for an update and they go back to saying “shipping this week”. It’s been a year since I ordered and I still have no product or refund.

I bought my car on my dads birthday when he died it was a used car but it was honestly very nice and after awhile i blew the clutch up so i looked everywhere for something affordable because i’m in school and they had one for about $250 and i bought it and they sent me a confirmation number and everything and i waited a few days and the sent me a email telling me it would be 2 weeks until my part arrived i waited 16 days and emailed them again and again and gave them phone calls and they wouldn’t answer. they would send me the same email over and over again. I just want to be able to get my money back so i can afford to fix my car.

On december 30th I ordered from them a suspension for a vehicle. Upon buying this item i reached out multiple times asking for a tracking number. I only got emails saying that it will be "ship in 2 weeks" or, "before friday". On February 3 I called to cancel this item and was left on hold for an hour then hung up on. I used 2 other phone numbers and just left on hold again. I then try via email, but then they decide to tell me that they dont have the item in stock and that it will be shipping withing the week, ignoring the fact that i cancelled the first time ,I sent a second email saying, "i dont want this item back I would like a full refund." They sent me a cancel confirmation less than an hour later on the 3rd of February.Per their terms and conditions I am owed a full refund within 7 to 10 days. Today is February 22 and i have not recieved any money. I have seen multiple reviews and experiences, all saying that its all a scam. They also include that no one has gotten their money back.

Fake website claims to sell car parts but nothing about this company is legitimate never answer phone and try to tell you your item is shipping without giving any kind of tracking code they only give you your order number

DID A GOOGLE SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT. THEY HAD LOWEST PRICE. ORDERED PRODUCT AND IT REMAINS UNFULFILLED AFTER 2 MONTHS. EMAILED AND RECIEVED NOTHING BUT EXCUSES.

I was in search for some new mirrors for my truck online and seen an add for some mirrors they advertised. I liked them, so I ordered them. I created account with them so I could keep track my order and shipping. It was never shipped. I contacted customer support and said it was a special order, and I had to wait longer. So I waited. The order still never came. I contacted them several times over and they gave me an excuse every time. I threatened reporting them and they said they would have it shipped to me within a certain time and it still never was delivered. The last time I contacted them they said it was being prepared to ship with a tracking number. I asked them to send me the tracking number and they never did. This has been an ongoing rendezvous of frustration since I placed the order in October.
