Purchased goods and services from business, they changed their app and I no longer have access to the goods I purchased from them. They gave a small window for paying customers to transfer goods, and would not return money for items that did not transfer over. Contacted google, they did nothing, contacted app providers they said they could do nothing. I just wanted my goods returned or reimbursed and they just gave me the run around for days. Don't purchase from them, if they decide to change their visual novel format again, you are almost guaranteed to have your money stolen.
